An FBI whistleblower has issued a chilling warning to the American people while testifying before U.S. Congress.
Veteran FBI staff operations specialist Marcus Allen was called a witness during the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Weaponization of the Federal Government hearing on Wednesday.
During a powerful and emotional statement to his fellow Americans, Allen urged “brothers and sisters of all faiths” to “pray” and stock up on food, water, guns, and ammunition.
Fighting back tears, he also advised citizens to connect with “three to four friends in your neighborhood and promise to come to each other’s mutual aid.”
Allen issued the warning to his countrymen while raising the alarm about the dangers Americans face from the current political establishment.
He said he now fears that the FBI and the rest of the weaponized bureaucratic deep state can no longer be reigned in.
The top federal official asserted that the most important thing citizens can do is to vote in the coming November elections.
Allen, a decorated Marine veteran, had a pristine record with the FBI through 2021.
He has had a top-secret security clearance since 2001 and won an “Employee of the Year” award in 2019 while working in the Charlotte, North Carolina, field office.
“This is a warning to the American people,” Allen said as he testified before congressional lawmakers.
“I say I personally have no confidence that the FBI will reign in its own conduct.
“I have been persecuted… along with countless other whistleblowers.
“It is my opinion that the Bureau used reprisal and fear to control the workforce.
“It has been a seemingly effective tactic.”
“I personally believe there are no current effective checks and balances against them conducting lawless actions with any type of correction in a legitimate timeframe,” Allen added.
“I welcome the work of the IG [inspector general] but I think any type of lawless action, there’s no legitimate timeframe to reign them back in.”
The whistleblower continued by revealing that the FBI intentionally “overclassifies” documents in order to stonewall investigations.
Speaking directly to the American people, Allen asked them to vote even if they distrust the system.
He then advised citizens to arm themselves with guns and learn how to defend themselves, connect with neighbors, and stock up on supplies such as food and water.
“As a person of faith, I’d say pray the Rosary, go to the First Friday devotions,” he suggested.
“That’s for everybody, all my brothers and sisters of all faiths.
“I know, I’m Catholic,” he said.
“And, read the Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and live it every day.”
WATCH:
Earlier this year, Allen won a court case against the FBI.
The Bureau was forced to repay the wages that Allen lost during a suspension.
The FBI was also ordered to reinstate his top-level security clearance.
Allen was previously persecuted by the federal government for speaking out about the FBI’s role in the protests at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.
He raised concerns about the FBI’s use of Confidential Human Sources (CHS) during the Jan. 6.
During Wednesday’s hearing, DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz also testified.
Horowitz finally admitted the agency DOJ/FBI did have a number of informants embedded in the crowds at the Capitol on Jan. 6.
Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) asked Horowitz if he would provide information in a forthcoming inspector general report about how many FBI informants were indeed present on Jan. 6.
Massie asked Horowitz how many of their undercover operatives “went into the Capitol.”
The information would, incidentally, validate concerns Allen raised with his colleagues in 2021 for which he was eventually punished.
“Our report will include the information in that regard,” Horowitz replied.
He noted that he hoped his office would release the report “in the next couple of months.”
