Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot Trashes Supreme Court in Vulgar Rant: ‘F*ck Clarence Thomas’

Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot has trashed the U.S. Supreme Court and singled out Justice Clarence Thomas during a profanity-laced outburst.

During a speech at Chicago’s pride parade, Lightfoot went on a vulgar rant where she promoted false claims about the SCOTUS overturning Roe v. Wade last week.

Lightfoot lashed out at the SCOTUS despite losing control of her own city with record-setting violence and out-of-control crime

“So we know what happened in the Supreme Court yesterday,” Lightfoot told the crowd.

“If you read Clarence Thomas’ concurrence, he said… F*ck Clarence Thomas”

“He thinks that we are going to stand idly by while they take our rights, our right to marry, our right to have children, our right to live,” Lightfoot falsely claimed.

WATCH:

After the leaked SCOTUS opinion rvealed the Court’s intention to overturn Roe in May, Lightfoot said:

“To my friends in the LGBTQ+ community—the Supreme Court is coming for us next,” she falsely alleged.

“This moment has to be a call to arms.

“We will not surrender our rights without a fight—a fight to victory!”

While she was ranting about the Supreme Court, her constituents were continuing to be ravaged by violent crime.

From CWBChicago:

Three people were shot and three more were stabbed in two incidents as large crowds gathered in the Boystown neighborhood Sunday night, hours after the Chicago Pride Parade concluded.

The shooting occurred at 1:27 a.m. in the 3100 block of North Clark, at the three-way intersection of Clark, Halsted, and Barry.

Officially, police said the three victims were outside when they were struck by gunfire. None of them could provide any information about what happened, according to a CPD statement.

However, officers at the scene said they found about 30 shell casings and live bullets in the parking lot of the Advocate Outpatient Center, 3134 North Clark.

Crime scene tape draped across Clark Street and police examined the exterior of a Domino’s Pizza restaurant while other cops interviewed witnesses nearby.

Police said a 46-year-old woman is in critical condition with a gunshot wound to her abdomen.

A 30-year-old man who received a gunshot wound to his knee was in good condition. Both were taken to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center.

A 37-year-old man was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital with a gunshot wound to his leg in good condition, according to CPD.
