She said: “Welcome to the world sweet Brock.
“You have unlocked a place in our hearts we didn’t even know we had.
“Your dad and I love you so much.
“Thank you @foxandfriends for the standing o! It may take me a little longer than Monday to get back.
“But I’ll be seeing everyone soon.”
“Both mother and baby are happy and healthy and doing great,” co-host Steve Doocy said.
Co-host Ainsley Earhardt said: “Carley, we are so excited for you, and so are our viewers.
“Welcome to this world, sweet Brock.
“You’re a patriot and you’re part of the Fox family.”
Doocy also celebrated the birth of a granddaughter.
His son Peter Doocy and his wife Hillary Vaughn announced they are parents of a baby girl.

Peter’s father Steve Doocy said:
“When I wrote a book on fatherhood, I highlighted a famous quote that, ‘There are three stages of a man’s life:
“He believes in Santa Claus, he doesn’t believe in Santa Claus, he is Santa Claus.’
“Peter, congratulations, you just made it to fatherhood’s third round.”
