Full List of ‘Woke’ Celebrities ‘Leaving’ Twitter over Elon Musk

“Woke” celebrities are outraged that Elon Musk has taken over Twitter and are “leaving” the platform over his plans to restore free speech.

Musk is moving forward with his plans to end censorship on Twitter and start charging for “blue check” accounts – while making them available to all users – and celebrities are imploding over the changes.

Some have deleted their accounts while others have stopped posting and claimed to have left but kept their accounts active.

“Grey’s Anatomy” creator Shonda Rhimes said: “Not hanging around for whatever Elon has planned. Bye.”

Singer Toni Braxton said: “I’m shocked and appalled at some of the ‘free speech’ I’ve seen on this platform since its acquisition.

“Hate speech under the veil of ‘free speech’ is unacceptable; therefore I am choosing to stay off Twitter as it is no longer a safe space for myself, my sons, and other POC.”

Mick Foley, a retired professional wrestler and actor, said: “I really do enjoy connecting with all of you on social media, but it can get overwhelming sometimes.

“I think I’ll be back on in a few weeks, but in the meantime, I will continue to post on Facebook and Instagram.

“I hope all of you will be kind to one another.

“Please vote if you can too — our democracy seems to be hanging on by a thread.”

Erik Larsen, a comic book creator and artist best known for “The Amazing Spider-Man,” said earlier, “the day Elon Musk buys Twitter is the day I delete my account and leave Twitter.”

Amber Heard deleted her Twitter account after Musk took over.

Liberal “comedian” Kathy Griffin said she will leave after the midterms and has been using the Chinese Communist Party’s app TikTok more lately instead.

“I’ll stay until the midterms,” Griffing told her followers on Twitter.

“In the meantime, I’m signing up for all other sites until we can settle on one.

“Look, I like you guys and all, but not $20.00 a month like. Inflation!

“I am enjoying tick-tock.

“I will look into blue sky and I think there’s two other ones people are talking about.”

Grammy award-winning artist Sara Bareilles, who had a hit song about being “brave” enough to “say what you wanna say,” also said she’s leaving.

“Welp. It’s been fun Twitter. I’m out.

“See you on other platforms, peeps.

“Sorry, this one’s just not for me.”

Producer Ken Olin said, “I’m out of here.

“The day Elon Musk takes ownership of Twitter, I’m out.

“No judgement. Let’s keep the faith. Let’s protect our democracy.

“Let’s try to be kinder. Let’s try to save the planet.

“Let’s try to be more generous.

“Let’s look to find peace in the world.”

Olin later added a follow-up telling people to follow him on the pro-censorship leftist social media platform Tribel Social.

Billions showrunner Brian Koppelman said:

“Y’all’s, for real, come find me over on Instagram and the tok.

“Gonna really try to take a breather from here for a minute or a month come deal close time.”

He said earlier, “I can see the logic in taking a long Twitter hiatus when EM takes it over.”

“Bill & Ted” star Alex Winter also seems to have quit the social media platform.

He deleted all his posts and told his followers where they can find him before deleting his account.
