Republican Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) has hit Democrat Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) where it hurts today.
Luna announced she has filed a privileged resolution against Schiff with a fine attached to it for $16 million.
The action comes in response to Schiff lying to the American people about fabricated ties between President Donald Trump and Russia.
The congresswoman said: “I just filed a privileged resolution, H. Res. 437, to censure, condemn, and fine Rep. Adam Schiff $16 million (1/2 the cost of Russia investigation) for his egregious abuse of trust.
“I, with my GOP colleagues, look forward to an imminent vote to hold this feckless man accountable.”

Last week Luna introduced a much-needed resolution to remove Schiff from Congress, as Slay News reported.
“Adam Schiff lied to the American people,” Luna said.
“He used his position on House Intelligence to push a lie that cost American taxpayers millions of dollars and abused the trust placed in him as Chairman.
“He is a dishonor to the House of Representatives.
“The Durham Report makes clear that the Russian Collusion was a lie from day one and Schiff knowingly used his position in an attempt to divide our country.”

Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) piled on by saying Schiff’s character is in question over his scandalous lies.
“It raises the question about Adam Schiff,” McCarthy said.
“Remember when Adam told the American public he had proof?
“Remember when he said he didn’t know the whistleblower?
“What he put America through when he openly lied to us.
“It raises questions about his character and whether he should be in Congress.”
Legal scholar Jonathan Turley broke down behavior earlier: “Schiff previously claimed that he had direct evidence of collusion in his Committee despite Mueller finding no such evidence to support criminal charges.
“Schiff however has never produced that evidence.
“Durham has now shown how Clinton associates engineered the scandal and may have even been the true sources for the most salacious details in the dossier.
“In 2017, American intelligence said that it believed that the dossier may have been used by Russian intelligence to spread disinformation.”
