A world-renowned Danish cardiologist is raising the alarm over reports from hospitals of a dramatic surge in the number of Covid mRNA-vaccinated children being rushed to emergency rooms with life-threatening and fatal conditions.
The warning was issued by Dr. Selina Kikkenborg Berg of the Department of Cardiology at Copenhagen University Hospital, Rigshospitalet.
Rigshospitalet is the most highly specialized hospital in Denmark.
Kikkenborg Berg led a team of top experts to conduct a national register-based cohort study to evaluate healthcare utilization among adolescents aged 12–18 who had received Covid mRNA “vaccines.”
The results of the peer-reviewed study were published in the prestigious journal Nature Human Behavior.
Kikkenborg Berg and her team analyzed minors who had received the Pfizer Covid mRNA “vaccine” and compared the data to their unvaccinated peers.
The study sought to identify whether vaccination could influence healthcare use patterns, potentially revealing a signal to confirm the detrimental health impact of the injections.
The researchers used a matched cohort design and the prior event rate ratio (PERR) method.
The study found that outcomes such as emergency room visits, hospitalizations, and consultations with general practitioners (GPs) and specialists all skyrocketed among those who had received the “vaccines.”
Kikkenborg Berg is an expert in randomized controlled trials, national patient surveys, qualitative studies evaluating perceived health and cardiac rehabilitation among patients with heart disease, as well as economic analyses.
Along with her team of learning researchers, Kikkenborg Berg reports their investigation revealed that Covid mRNA vaccinated boys had fewer GP visits shortly after their first dose.
The same group also had fewer specialist consultations within 56 days of their second dose of the Pfizer mRNA injection.
However, a disturbing finding reveals both vaccinated boys and girls experienced a shocking surge in serious health issues in the longer term.
Boys and girls who received the Covid mRNA shots saw rates of emergency room visits and GP visits skyrocket between 57 and 182 days after receiving the “vaccine.”
The study benefits from robust national registry data and matched cohorts.
However, the researchers note that limitations include its observational design, which is susceptible to residual confounding.
For example, vaccinated individuals may differ systematically from unvaccinated peers in health-seeking behavior or pre-existing conditions.
However, the impact of residual confounding on the results would be so small it would likely be insignificant.
Additionally, the study does not account for long-term healthcare use beyond the observation window which closed at 182 days after vaccination.
Due to the implications of this research overall, the Danish physician-investigators declare that further studies must explore longer-term outcomes and additional subgroups to build on these findings.
Meanwhile, the timing of the paper raises some questions.
The paper was received on 22 May 2023, and accepted on 06 December 2024, then published on 20 January 2025.
The alarming findings of the study were known in May 2023 but the paper took about 18 months to be accepted.
Nature Human Behavior provides no reason why this paper took so long to go through review.
The study comes amid growing concerns about the dangers of vaccinating children, who are not at risk from Covid, with experimental mRNA injection.

The bombshell study found that children and teenagers are 500% more likely to die after receiving a Covid “vaccine” when compared to unvaccinated.
Led by Professor Chiao-Yu Yang, the study was conducted by top researchers from Taiwan’s Institute of Public Health and the Chung Shan Medical University Hospital in Taichung City.
The results of the study were published in the Springer Medical Journal.
The study analyzed over 300,000 kids aged 5-18 (mostly in the U.S.).
The results show a highly statistically significant 5.7X higher mortality rate for those who were given the shots.
The findings come after a world-renowned cardiologist recently warned that Covid mRNA shots are a “bioweapon.”
As Slay News reported, American cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough, one of the world’s most revered medical experts, has issued a warning to the public that Covid mRNA “vaccines” were created to “strict military criteria” to serve as a “bioweapon.”
McCullough raised the alarm in a new interview while revealing the devastating impact on humanity caused by the mass global vaccination campaign.
The top doctor has been at the forefront of exposing the harms of the Covid mRNA injections.
“As a doctor, I have never seen something so injurious to the human body,” McCullough revealed.
McCullough continued by citing multiple studies, alongside his own findings, that prove the injections have caused unprecedented levels of death and injury.
“It’s a weapon,” he concluded.
“According to strict military criteria, it’s a bioweapon.”
