A would-be-armed robber got the shock of his life when he tried to hold up a Houston hotel, only to be confronted by a clerk with a handgun.
Video footage shows the crook running for his life after getting schooled by the clerk on the Second Amendment.
The incident happened on Jan. 16 when a man entered the hotel lobby.
Houston police say that the suspect went to the counter with a rifle and demanded that the clerk give him money from a cash drawer.
As the hotel clerk was being held at gunpoint with the rifle while the thug was demanding cash.
“I ain’t playing with you,” the man can be heard saying as he was climbing over the counter.
The clerk opened the cash drawer and simultaneously pulled out a handgun.
She then pointed her gun at the suspect who is then seen scrambling back over the counter before running from the scene.

The suspect is described as a “black male, 20 to 25 years old, 6’2 to 6’4, 150 to 180 pounds, thin build, blue shirt, blue jeans, and white shoes,” according to Houston police.
