Authorities in Alabama have arrested a 23-year-old male illegal alien for raping a disabled child, according to local reports.
The suspect, Pablo Mendoza, a military-aged illegal border crosser of undisclosed nationality, is accused of raping an underage girl.
The victim could not consent because she is “physically helpless or mentally incapacitated,” authorities revealed.
According to police, the victim is 14 years old.
Police arrested Mendoza on Monday in Enterprise, a city in Coffee County.
He has been charged with first-degree rape of a minor.
According to court documents reviewed by WDHN, Mendoza is accused of raping the child on February 20.
The court docs state that the victim was “physically helpless” due to her undisclosed disability.
Coffee County Sheriff Scott Byrd confirmed with the outlet that Mendoza is illegally present in the United States.
However, his nationality is currently unclear.
Many have been quick to note on social media that the crime is yet another horrific incident that has occurred because of Democrat President Joe Biden’s open-border policies.
The Republican National Committee (RNC) shared a local news report on the attack, labeling the crime as part of “Biden’s Border Bloodbath.”

Alabama Senator Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) posted Mendoza’s mug shot on social media and tagged President Biden.
“This is Pablo Mendoza,” Sen. Tuberville wrote.
“He is an illegal alien who was just arrested in South Alabama for raping a mentally incapacitated 14-year-old girl.
“Joe Biden is aiding and abetting these monsters.”
