Chris Wallace is “irate” over the situation at scandal-ridden CNN and is having second thoughts about moving to the network from Fox News, according to reports.
Wallace is reportedly outraged over the shocking resignation of ex-CNN president Jeff Zucker.
He is now also telling people that his future at CNN is not clear as Zucker was instrumental in moving him to the far-left “news” network from Fox.
Wallace is said to be “second-guessing his decision” to move to CNN and is complaining about having no staff and no executive producer.
Radar Online was first to report that Wallace is not happy at CNN.
The report also notes that CNN’s Jake Tapper and Wallace hate each other and that enmity is causing friction too.
Sources told Radar: “Chris is the type of person who makes it known if he doesn’t like something.
“He went over there for Zucker and now Zucker is gone.
“Wallace feels that he has been stiffed.
“He’s got no staff, no Executive Producer, and the guy he gave up a prized gig for has just walked out the door.”
“It’s no secret in DC that Wallace hates Jake Tapper and despises the cable giant’s Washington bureau chief and senior vice president Sam Feist.
“Zucker spun his magic to allay Chris’ concern about the pair, promising that his status as a ‘premiere journalist’ would not be compromised while working out of the DC bureau,” the source said.

Wallace said in happier times:
“I am thrilled to join CNN+. After decades in broadcast and cable news, I am excited to explore the world of streaming.
“I look forward to the new freedom and flexibility streaming affords in interviewing major figures across the news landscape — and finding new ways to tell stories.”
“He is as fine a journalist as there is in our business,” CNN boss Jeff Zucker said.
“This speaks volumes about our commitment to journalism and CNN+, and we are thrilled to have Chris on the ground floor of helping us build the next generation of CNN and news.”
Wallace said on his last day at Fox News: “After 18 years, I have decided to leave Fox.
“I want to try something new, to go beyond politics, to all of the things I’m interested in.
“This is my final Fox News Sunday.
“It is the last time — and I say this with real sadness — we will meet like this.
“Eighteen years ago, the bosses here at Fox promised me they would never interfere with a guest I booked or a question I asked and they kept that promise.
“I have been free to report to the best of my ability, to cover the stories I think are important, to hold our country’s leaders to account. It’s been a great ride.
“I’m ready for a new adventure. And I hope you’ll check it out. And so, for the last time, dear friends, that’s it for today.
“Have a great week. And I hope you’ll keep watching Fox News Sunday.”
Fox News said in a statement:
