White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre faced a grilling after evidence emerged to show that Democrat President Joe Biden’s family members have been receiving payments from a Chinese Communist Party-run energy company.
As Slay News has been reporting, bank records show millions of dollars flowing from an energy company in China to members of the Biden family.
Fox News correspondent Peter Doocy confronted Jean-Pierre over the payments during Wednesday’s White House media briefing.
However, she refused to answer a question.
“House Oversight says they have bank records showing a Chinese energy company paying three Biden family members through a third party,” Doocy said to Jean-Pierre.
“What were they paid for?”
Jean-Pierre tried to claim that the subpoenaed bank records are based on “lies and inaccuracy” while refusing to respond.
“Look, I’m just not going to respond to that from here,” she said.
“Look, we have heard from House Republicans for years and years and years how, how, the inaccuracies and lies when it comes to this issue.
“And I don’t even know where to begin to even answer that question,” Jean-Pierre added.
“Because, again, it’s been lies and lies and inaccuracy for the past couple of years and I’m just not going to get into it from here.”

Republican House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) responded by accusing Jean-Pierre of lying about the bank records.
“Jean-Pierre claims she doesn’t know where to begin when confronted with the facts of our investigation,” Comer told the New York Post.
“She can start with the bank records we obtained showing a Chinese energy company paying members of the Biden family over $1 million through an associate.
“Bank records don’t lie,” he asserted.
“The fact that President Biden and his press secretary continue to be dishonest with the American people about the Biden family’s shady business schemes is alarming,” Comer concluded.
“The House Oversight Committee will continue to pursue answers, transparency, and accountability for the American people.”
The payments were made to three members of Joe Biden’s family a few months after he left office in 2017 as vice president.
Biden denied the accusations when pressed by reporters.
