Jesse Watters Dominates Ratings in 3rd Quarter with Two Shows in Top 5, Has Fastest Growing Show in Cable News

Fox News star Jesse Watters has dominated the Neilson cable ratings for the third quarter by landing two shows in the top 5.

Watters co-stars in the top-rated show, “The Five,” which became the first non-primetime program in history to top all of cable news for four consecutive quarters.

“Jesse Watters Primetime” also finished the quarter as the third highest-rated cable news program.

It averaged 2.7 million viewers and 342,000 in the 25-54 demographic, solidifying the third quarter as the fastest-growing program in cable news.

“Tucker Carlson Tonight” continued its reign as the highest-rated program in cable news in the key 25-54 demo, averaging 3.2 million viewers and 468,000 in the demo, as well as 295,000 in the 18-49 category for the quarter.

“Gutfeld!” delivered its highest-rated quarter in program history and beat the “Late Show with Stephen Colbert” in August and September.

Fox News finished the quarter as cable’s most-watched network in primetime and total day viewers.

Fox News beat CNN and MSNBC combined in total day and primetime with total viewers.

Fox News also beat them both in the advertiser-coveted 25-54 and 18-49 demos.

Fox News finished the quarter ranked number one in all of basic cable in total day viewers for the sixth quarter in a row.
