Fox News star Jesse Watters has shown Joy Beha, Whoopi Goldberg, and the other co-hosts of “The View” how it’s done by scoring a double victory over the controversial ABC show.
Watters had a great January as did the entire Fox Network.
Fox has continued to dominate the competition, delivering 99 of the Top 100 Cable News Telecasts in January.
Fox finished the month of January 2023 by surpassing CNN and MSNBC with total day and primetime viewers and in the advertiser-coveted 25-54 age demographic for the 23rd consecutive month.
Watters’ show “The Five” continued to make history, marking ten consecutive months as the most-watched program on cable news.
“Tucker Carlson Tonight” continued to dominate cable news in the younger 25-54 demo.
“Gutfeld!” continued to bring in huge numbers and beat ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” and NBC’s “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.”
“Fox & Friends” continued to dominate the morning hours, easily beating the newly launched “CNN This Morning” and MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” combined across both categories.
But the big winner was Jesse Watters and the big losers were Joy Behar and Whoopi Goldberg.
Watters had two shows that beat “The View” this month in a wake-up call for the ABC show.
“The Five,” “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” “Jesse Watters Primetime,” and “Hannity” all surpassed ABC’s “The View” with total viewers.
“Special Report with Bret Baier” averaged 2.4 million viewers and 278,000 in the 25-54 demo.
“Jesse Watters Primetime” finished as the third highest-rated cable news program, averaging 2.8 million viewers and 319,000 in the 25-54 demo.
So much for prime time. Fox’s 5 p.m. chat fest is the new king of cable news https://t.co/TKGL4yyDum
