Jill Biden has finally broken her silence on the mounting concerns as to whether President Joe Biden’s mental fitness is up to doing the job of POTUS.
The first lady sat for an interview with CBS where she was asked directly about the Democrat president’s mental state.
The reporter asked Jill about polling that showed “quite a few Americans have some questions about the president’s current mental fitness.”
Jill shook her head as if to say why would anyone believe their lying eyes and think that and said: “I think that’s ridiculous.”
Not for the large percentage of Americans who wonder not only about Joe Biden’s mental fitness but also wonder if the entire Democratic Party has lost its mind pushing stuff like bail reform despite recent tragedies directly caused by that movement. It’s like they are living in a different reality.
And in case Jill is also living in an alternative reality, according to a recent poll 46 percent of Americans thought that the 79-year-old Biden “is mentally fit,” while 48 percent said he is not.
Jill also came clean about how she was not prepared, like Biden’s entire West Wing staff, for the rigors of the job.
“It’s a little harder than I imagined,” Biden said. “It’s not like a job that you do. It’s a lifestyle that you live.”
“It’s not something that you leave at 5 o’clock or at 3 o’clock, It’s 24 hours a day.”
Correct, which is why Pete Butttiegeg’s disappearing act for months of paternity leave was so shocking.
These are not jobs you can phone in or make snide comments on Twitter and go out to dinner. You have to do the work and so far Biden’s team is not up to the task.
