Democrat President Joe Biden has suffered a crushing defeat in court after a federal judge ruled that his administration violated the First Amendment by censoring critics online.
Federal Judge Terry Doughty, a President Donald Trump appointee, issued a broad preliminary injunction limiting the federal government from policing online content in a 155-page ruling issued Tuesday.
The judge determined that the Biden admin had tried to subvert the U.S. Constitution by using Big Tech companies as a third party to censor the American people.
“During the COVID-19 pandemic, a period perhaps best characterized by widespread doubt and uncertainty, the United States Government seems to have assumed a role similar to an Orwellian ‘Ministry of Truth,’” Doughty wrote in his ruling.
Doughty barred White House officials and multiple federal agencies from contacting or meeting with social-media companies.
He noted that Biden officials were actively trying to suppress political views and other speech normally protected from government censorship.
The judge’s July 4th opinion in Missouri v. Biden found the Democrat president and his administration were involved in a “far-reaching and widespread censorship campaign.”

White House officials, CDC & others are stopped cold. We need to continue the fight to take down the Vast Censorship Enterprise.
