Biden Tells Awful Joke, Josh Hawley Shuts Him Down: ‘Beneath the Dignity of the Office of the Presidency’

Democrat President Joe Biden told an awful and tone-deaf joke to a reporter about whether the transgender shooter at a Christian elementary school in Nashville was targeting people of faith.

Biden started by saying “I have no idea” when asked if the deadly shooting that killed three children and three adults was an attack on Christians.

But the reporter persisted and told Biden that Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) does believe the tragic attack did target Christians.

Biden went off script and told his tone-deaf joke

“Well, I probably don’t, then,” Biden said while chuckling.

Biden quickly realized he botched it again and added, “No, I’m joking. No, I have no idea.”

But the damage was done.

During an appearance on “The Ingraham Angle,” Hawley said Biden’s awful joke was “beneath the dignity” of his office.

Hawley said:

“That is totally beneath the dignity of the office of the presidency of the United States.

“This is a guy, this is an office, that has the responsibility of leading this country — children are dead.

“Biden should be acknowledging the targeting of people of faith.

“He should be saluting the law enforcement officers who put their lives on the line and saved hundreds of kids.

“But he should be saying we’re going to get to the bottom of this, we’re going to call it for what it is — a hate crime — and we’re going to do a full investigation and make sure it doesn’t happen again.”
