Kamala Harris’ Billion-Dollar Election Campaign Ends $20 Million in Debt

Failed Democrat presidential candidate Kamala Harris’s billion-dollar election campaign has been left scrambling to cover a whopping $20 million in debt.

Campaign officials are reportedly begging for donations from supporters to cover the debt after massively overspending.

The Harris campaign is also selling its email list to raise funds.

Harris conceded the presidential race to President Donald Trump Wednesday afternoon.

Sources told Politico’s California bureau chief Christopher Cadelago that Harris ended her campaign with a debt of at least $20 million.

Puck’s senior political correspondent Tara Palmeri revealed that the campaign is “selling their email list to make up for the losses.”

In an email on Wednesday, long after voting ended, the Harris campaign asked supporters to “donate to the Harris Fight Fund today to ensure we have the resources to elect Democrats down the ticket to hold the Trump administration accountable.”

However, the email failed to mention that the funds would be used to pay off the campaign’s massive debts.

The Harris-Walz ticket and its allies spent nearly $1.4 billion on political ads, according to a report from AdImpact.

The Democrats outspent the Trump-Vance campaign and Republican groups by around $460 million.

According to data from the Federal Election Commission (FEC), the Harris campaign received just over $1 billion in contributions.

A campaign staffer reportedly confirmed to Breitbart that Harris’s deputy campaign manager Rob Flaherty “is currently shopping around the Kamala fundraising email list to anyone who wants it to try to raise the money back.”

Meanwhile, Democrats are privately panicking about losing the House after Trump and Republicans secured the White House and the Senate.

As Slay News reported earlier, Republicans are still ahead in the House race but the final results could be days away.

No matter who wins the House majority, the balance of power is expected to run razor-thin.

However, sources who reportedly spoke with Fox News are worried that the Democrats’ path is narrowing.

“We’re almost certainly going to lose the House by a narrow margin,” a senior House Democrat aide told Fox.

“We got our a–es kicked.”

A person familiar with House Democrat campaigns told Fox:

“If last night is any indication of how the House will flip, I don’t feel confident.

“The American people are clearly not buying what we’re selling.”

“I think it comes down to the economy, honestly,” the second source said.

“People feel like they could have more in their bank account.”
