Kayleigh McEnany: ‘Looks Like Biden’s Visit to Florida Had an Inverse Effect’

Fox News star Kayleigh McEnany has dropped the hammer on Joe Biden’s heart by telling the Democrat president that his Florida campaign visit has backfired.

Democrat candidates have been distancing themselves from Biden on the campaign trail as the president’s party looks doomed in the midterms.

However, Biden was sent to Florida as a last-ditch attempt to save the Democrats in the sunshine state.

Despite Biden’s efforts, polls show Florida is facing a red wave that will end its swing state status.

According to McEnany, who got the information from ABC, “one day after President Joe Biden visited Miami on a campaign stop Republicans surpassed Dems in the early vote.”

Miami-Dade County is traditionally a Democrat stronghold, and if they lose there, they have zero chance of winning statewide.

“Looks like Biden’s visit to Florida had an INVERSE EFFECT!” McEnany noted.

“The number of Republicans voting in Miami-Dade County, a historically blue stronghold, surpassed Democrats on Wednesday — just one day after President Joe Biden visited the county to campaign.”

Florida’s Voice reported:

  • 137,018 Republicans

“This is not what we expected,” said Christine Alexandria Olivio, the Democratic House candidate in Florida’s 26th Congressional District in South Florida.

“This is worse than what we expected.

“We’re getting our butts kicked right now.

“We’re not drawing out our own base.

“Democrats know the message.

“So, why are they not turning out?”

According to WUFT:

In an extraordinary sign of trouble for Democrats in Florida ahead of Election Day, the number of registered Republicans voting in Miami-Dade County surpassed Democrats on Wednesday – one day after President Joe Biden visited the area on a campaign swing.

The most populous county in Florida, Miami-Dade – with more than 1.5 million registered voters – has been a Democratic stronghold along the state’s Gold Coast with largely blue Broward and Palm Beach counties for a generation.

They had provided a bulwark of reliably Democratic votes against less-populated Republican counties across Florida, including most of the Panhandle and southwest coast.

Less than one week before the election, Miami-Dade was looking more red than blue.
