McEnany: ‘Kamala Harris in Charge of Stopping War in Ukraine Is like Hillary Clinton in Charge of iPhone Security’

President Donald Trump’s former White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany has slammed plans to send Vice President Kamala Harris to Europe to help stop the impending Russian invasion of Ukraine.

Speaking on the Fox News show “Outnumbered,” McEnany dropped the hammer, likening the idea to trusting Hillary Clinton with classified data.

“Putting Vice President Kamala Harris in charge of stopping a war in Ukraine is like putting Hillary Clinton in charge of iPhone security,” McEnany said.

“It just simply is not going to work.

“We talk a lot about the Russia-Ukraine border, but we talk very little, other than here at Fox and in some other outlets, about the U.S. southern border.

“This was the border czar, Kamala Harris, and what did we get from her valiant activity on the southern border?

“We got the most encounters in January that we’ve had in 20 years.

“We got 1.7 million encounters last year, again a record high on the southern border.

“Now she’s in Europe trying to stop World War III, and forgive me if I’m less than hopeful that she has the skill and acuity to stop the war.

“I hope she does,” she said.

If Putin decides to go into Ukraine, there is not much Harris or Biden can do, as words and threats of sanctions won’t stop him.

There have been multiple reports of Russia mounting a false flag operation as a pretext for an invasion.

CNN is reporting that Russian separatists who grabbed a chunk of Ukraine in 2014 have ordered civilians to evacuate.

From CNN:

Pro-Russian separatists in eastern Ukraine’s breakaway regions ordered the evacuation of civilians to Russia Friday, accusing Ukraine of planning a large military offensive against the two self-declared republics.

The restive eastern part of the country has witnessed the worst shelling in years over the last two days.

Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov said Friday that shelling of Ukrainian territory from areas controlled by separatists had risen dramatically in the past day.

Each side accuses the other of heavy shelling of civilian areas.

Ukrainian authorities say there were 60 breaches of the ceasefire Thursday, many of them by heavy weapons.
