Media leftist Keith Olbermann tried to mock Hollywood legend James Woods but missed and ended up smacking himself in the face instead.
Olbermann took to Twitter to take a swipe at the award-winning actor, saying:
“You know what destroyed @RealJamesWoods’ acting career? His acting.”
Twitter uses pounced calling out the failed MSNBC host, with one saying: “Keith Olbermann, who was abruptly fired from his job with two years left in his contract, thinks he has the upper hand to denigrate James Woods’s career.
“That is hilarious!”

“The two Oscar nominations or the 37 other nominations James Woods has received?”

Woods’ legendary career speaks for itself.
He delivered amazing performances in legendary movies like “Casino,” “Salvador,” “Ghosts of Mississippi,” “Nixon,” “Diggstown,” “Once Upon a Time in America,” “Against All Odds,” and “Any Given Sunday,” to name a few.
Woods also received two Academy Award nominations: One for Best Actor for his performance in Oliver Stone’s “Salvador” (1987) and another for Best Supporting Actor for Rob Reiner’s “Ghosts of Mississippi” (1996).
Woods also received many award nominations for his performances in television winning two Primetime Emmy Awards, one Daytime Emmy Award, a Golden Globe, and an Independent Spirit Award.
He also received three Screen Actors Guild Award nominations and three Independent Spirit Award nominations winning for “Salvador.”
The veteran actor played key roles in numerous award-winning, legendary films stealing scenes from stars like Robert De Niro, Joe Pesci, Danny Aiello, Al Pacino, Whoopi Goldberg, and Alec Baldwin.
Keith Olbermann got canned from MSNBC and trashed everyone at the network on the way down to try to save his fragile ego.
MSNBC fired back at the fired host after his rant saying: “There was never any serious consideration of Keith Olbermann returning.”
Olbermann even publicly trashed his ex, Katy Tur, accusing her of beating him after her husband had surgery.
“I have remained silent even though six days after her emergency appendectomy in 2007, she started punching and slapping me, with real intent to do harm, because the living room wasn’t clean enough in our place.”
My favorite James Woods line in Any Given Sunday addressing the coach after being fired by Al Pacino’s character, “See ya around the old nursing homes Tony.”
