The “woke” mob has turned on newly-crowned “transphobe” Bette Midler after the Hollywood star complained that women are being erased.
Liberal Midler got a rude awakening when she inadvertently attacked the “woke” Left while trying to bash the Supreme Court’s recent abortion ruling.
In a bizzare rant on Twitter, Midler complained about the far-left “gender identity” agenda, which she appeared to blame the SCOTUS for.
“WOMEN OF THE WORLD!” Midler blasted.
“We are being stripped of our rights over our bodies, our lives and even of our name!
“They don’t call us ‘women’ anymore; they call us ‘birthing people’ or ‘menstruators,’ and even ‘people with vaginas.’
“Don’t let them erase you!” she declared.
“Every human on earth owes you!”

Roxane Gay, author of the Bad Feminist said: “No one is trying to erase women with inclusive language about people who need abortion care.
“No one is calling you anything but what you prefer.
“You should extend that courtesy in return.”
British performer Sooz Kempner also commented: “Oh great, Bette Midler’s doing this now is it.”
“Midler goes full Rowling,” wrote journalist Jon Levine.
Rowling said earlier:

Former Phillies baseball star Lenny Dykstra quoted one of Bette’s famous lines:
“To whoever hacked Bette Midler’ Twitter to suggest that women could be defined, DID YOU EVER KNOW THAT YOU’RE MY HERO?”

Several wokesters were outraged with Midler’s “offensive” use of the word “woman” and labeled her “right-wing,” “transphobic,” and a “TERF” – “transgender-exclusionary radical feminists.”
“Bette when we use those words we’re including trans men and non-binary people who are also impacted by this new ruling,” one user tweeted.
“We’re not erasing women— we’re including those who are forgotten.”
“Since there’s women who reject the word woman no other women can use it?” another wrote.
“Sounds a lot like what the patriarchy would say….”
Another tweeted, “Very disappointed to see anti-trans TERF speak from such an icon, and someone who has such a devoted fan base amongst LGBTQIA+ folx.”
“Bette, I love you, but you sound like you host a news show on Fox with this tweet,” one person concluded.
While another wrote, “Congratulations Bette, you’re now right wing.”

Other Twitter accounts, like Libs of TikTok, were quick to ask exactly who are the ones trying to erase the term women.
Many pointed out that such language is from the far-left of the political spectrum which the “Hocus Pocus” star is a vocal advocate of.
