Mark Levin has fired back at Liz Cheney after she suggested President Donald Trump could face criminal charges in the fallout from the House Select Committee’s January 6 Capitol riot “investigations.”
Cheney read out texts that Mark meadows had previously turned over to the Select Committee to make her case.
However, Levin says she actually only proved the opposite of the Committee’s anti-Trump narrative.
Mark Meadows texts said: “He’s got to condemn this s*** Asap.
“The Capitol Police tweet is not enough.” Donald Trump, Jr. texted.
Meadows responded: “I’m pushing it hard. I agree.”
Donald Trump, Jr. texted again, “We need an Oval address. He has to lead now. It has gone too far and gotten out of hand.”
Laura Ingraham wrote, “Hey Mark, the president needs to tell people in the Capitol to go home .this is hurting all of us he is destroying his legacy.”
“Please get him on tv. Destroying everything you have accomplished.” Brian Kilmeade wrote.
“Can he make a statement?…Ask people to leave the Capitol,” Sean Hannity urged.
Enter Mark Levin:
“Now let me ask you a question: What does that demonstrate?
“It proves the case against their own narrative.
“If Donald Trump were leading an insurrection, don’t you think Don Jr. would be in on it?
“If Donald Trump were leading an insurrection, don’t you think some of his friends in the media would know about it rather than telling him to do something about this?
“It wouldn’t be the other way around.
“That’s the point.
“If you had somebody with a 4 IQ there, they’d have said, ‘Wait a minute, if Don Jr is pleading with his dad to say something (in response to the riot), then obviously Don Jr. didn’t know about it in advance, or these Fox hosts didn’t know about it in advance, nor did the president, nor did his chief of staff.’
“Right? Because they would have talked to their friends and their compatriots.”
