Democrat Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) exploded in a fit of rage outside the U.S. Supreme Court, warning that “we will defy them!”
Waters joined pro-abortion extremists on the steps of the SCOTUS to blast the court’s decision to overturn the unconstitutionalย Roe v. Wade ruling on Friday.
Friday’s 6-3 decision inย Dobbs v.s. Jackson Womenโs Health Organization followed the leak of a draft opinion in early May that indicated which way the justices would rule.
That leak prompted protests across the nation, particularly in Washington, D.C. as well as dozens of attacks and vandalism of pro-life organizations, centers, and churches.
Justice Samuel Alito wrote thatย Roeย and a subsequent case,ย Planned Parenthood v. Casey, which upheldย Roe, both must be overturned.
Alito stated that the right to allow, deny, or restrict abortions must reside with states.
Waters spoke before the extremists protesting outside the Supreme Court and urged them to “fight.”
“You ain’t seen nothin’ yet!” the California congresswoman warned.
โYou see this crowd out here, you ainโt seen nothing yet,โ the 83-year-old Democrat warned as she spoke outside of the nationโs highest court.
โWomen are going to control their bodies no matter how they try and stop us.
“The hell with the Supreme Court!” she yelled.
“We will defy them!โ
โWomen will be in control of their bodies.
“And if they think black women are intimidated or afraid, they got another [thing] coming.
“Black women will be out in droves,โ she continued.
“We will be out by the thousands.
“We will be out by the millions.
“We are going to make sure we fight for the right to control our own bodies.โ

In an intelligence brief on Friday, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) warnedย that domestic terrorists could launch attacks due to the ruling by the Court.
The announcement comes after a left-wing extremist was arrested outside the home of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh earlier this month.
The armed leftist was allegedly trying to assassinate Kavanaugh.
More than 20 pregnancy resource centers and offices of pro-life groups have also been attackedย or vandalized in recent weeks.
“Some domestic violent extremists (DVEs) will likely exploit the recent US Supreme Court decision to overturn Roe V. Wadeย to intensify violence against a wide range of targets,โ DHS said.
“We expect violence could occur for weeks following the release, particularly as DVEs may be mobilized to respond to changes in state laws and ballot measures on abortion stemming from the decision.
“We base this assessment on an observed increase in violent incidents across the United States following the unauthorized disclosure in May of a draft majority opinion on the case.โ
