Megyn Kelly: ‘Stunning’ Bombshells on CNN’s Jeff Zucker Scandal Dropping Soon

Veteran TV host Megyn Kelly has revealed that the Jeff Zucker scandal is about to get far worse for CNN as major bombshells are about to reveal the true nature of his relationship with a staffer.

Kelly warned CNN staffers and the network’s stars that Zucker’s abrupt resignation on Wednesday was just the tip of the iceberg.

Zucker had an affair with a top executive at CNN that, according to Kelly, went on for years and was an open secret at CNN.

She said: “To those confused re: why J. Zucker’s affair w/an employee is a big deal: let’s imagine that it actually began earlier than they say.

“That he was sleeping w/her while promoting her up the ranks over other qualified folks.

“That he made her an EVP w/o disclosing any of it. Problem?

“Zucker’s relationship with Gollust went on for years, and what he did to keep her near him (as he kept advancing her up the line) will be even more stunning to the CNN newsroom.”

When he resigned in disgrace, Zucker released a statement, saying: “As part of the investigation into Chris Cuomo’s tenure at CNN, I was asked about a consensual relationship with my closest colleague, someone I have worked with for more than 20 years.

“I acknowledged the relationship evolved in recent years.

“I was required to disclose it when it began but I didn’t.

“I was wrong. As a result, I am resigning today.

In an email to staffers sent shortly after Zucker’s, Jason Kilar, the CEO of CNN parent WarnerMedia, said:

“I have accepted Jeff Zucker’s resignation as Chairman of WarnerMedia News and Sports, and President of CNN Worldwide.

“We thank Jeff for his contributions over the past 9 years.”

Kilar added, “We will be announcing an interim leadership plan shortly.

“Both of these organizations are at the top of their respective games and are well prepared for their next chapters.”

Zucker did not name his colleague in the memo, but media reports said the relationship is with Allison Gollust, the chief marketing officer for CNN.

“Gollust is remaining at CNN.

In a statement, Gollust said:

“Jeff and I have been close friends and professional partners for over 20 years.

“Recently, our relationship changed during Covid.

“I regret that we didn’t disclose it at the right time.

“I’m incredibly proud of my time at CNN and look forward to continuing the great work we do every day,” Gollust said.
