Michael Avenatti, the disgraced former lawyer of adult star Stormy Daniels, has revealed that there’s evidence yet to emerge that clears President Donald Trump in Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s politically motivated case.
Tweeting from prison, Avenatti warned Bragg that his case against Trump will fall apart when all the evidence comes to light.
Avenatti revealed that there are text messages and emails that have yet to be seen that prove Trump’s innocence.
Despite wanting to see Trump prosecuted by Bragg, Avenatti admits that “unfortunately” this evidence will emerge and it will clear the 45th president.
In a long thread on Twitter, Avenatti said:
“There are many critical facts and pieces of evidence (texts, emails, etc.) relating to the hush money scandal that have yet to see the light of day.
“And they will unfortunately be very damaging to the prosecution if Trump stands trial.
“At this point, you simply can’t build a case on the testimony of Cohen & Daniels.
“As evidenced by Michael Cohen’s @cnn interview by @kaitlancollins last night, he is CLUELESS as to how trials and cross-examinations work, and the broad permissible areas of inquiry (e.g. bias, past lies, fraud).
“And yet, he keeps talking!
“He will be destroyed on cross, thus severely damaging the case.
“Atty Joe Tacopina is no Rudy Giuliani/Sydney Powell.
“The guy knows his way around a criminal courtroom.
“He will destroy Michael ‘Dumb as a Box of Rocks’ Cohen on the stand, esp. seeing as Cohen publicly lied for 15 mos. and now won’t stop talking on TV.
“Each time a witness gives another TV or print interview, Trump’s defense gets easier and stronger.
“And when they demand and get paid for an interview, it is an unmitigated DISASTER for the prosecution.
“If Bragg can’t even control his own witnesses, how can he hope to ever successfully prosecute the case?

He also warned Democrat President Joe Biden that if he doesn’t turn the economy around, Trump will win in 2024.
“It is truly remarkable to watch all of these so-called ‘experts’ in mainstream media once again underestimate the electability and appeal of Trump.
“They have learned NOTHING in 8 yrs.
“Bottom line-if the economy declines further as many predict, Trump has a better than 60% chance of winning the WH.”
