The hosts of MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” have told their viewers President Donald Trump and his running mate J.D. Vance have “wreaked chaos” on the people of Springfield, Ohio.
The show’s co-host Mika Brzezinski claimed Tuesday used “disgusting, hateful,” and “violent rhetoric” when they drew attention to the issues facing the residents of Springfield.
The small city of fewer than 60,000 has been flooded with an estimated 20,000 Haitian migrants.
During his debate with Democrat presidential nominee Kamala Harris, Trump highlighted the issues facing the residents of Springfield and other small towns across the country that have seen an influx of foreign migrants and illegal aliens.
Trump famously echoed complaints from Springfield residents that their pets and local wild animals and being killed and eaten by migrants.
While Trump was hit by phony “fact-checks” from ABC’s moderators and smeared by the corporate media, his claims were confirmed to be true.
When Vance shared memes on social media about migrants “eating the pets,” the story quickly went viral, bringing national attention to the border crisis.
Trump held a rally in Indiana, Pennsylvania, on Monday.
During the event, Trump vowed an end to flying migrants into the United States during his remarks, according to Newsweek.
The Haitian migrants in Springfield were transported there by the Biden-Harris administration.
Brzezinski accused Trump of saying “disgusting, hateful things” at the rally.
She also complained about other occasions where Trump has discussed how Springfield has struggled to handle the influx of thousands of migrants from Haiti.
Brzezinski said to “Morning Joe” co-host and husband Joe Scarborough:
“There were so many disgusting, hateful things in there, it’s hard to keep up.
“I know we’re focused on foreign policy, but if I can just say, his comments about Springfield.
“Yeah, Springfield has never been the same since Donald Trump and J.D. Vance and their violent rhetoric has wreaked chaos, havoc, fear, and upended the lives of countless people in that town.”
“Ohio’s Republican governor wrote an op-ed, asking Donald Trump and J.D. Vance to stop, explaining the damage they have done to Springfield and speaking up for the legal Haitian immigrants who live in Springfield, who add to the economy, who add to the society, who are good people,” Brzezinski continued.
“It was very, very clear what is going on in Springfield is at the hands of Donald Trump and J.D. Vance and that violent rhetoric.”

However, Brzezinski didn’t provide any evidence to support her claims that the thousands of migrants that flooded Springfield are all “good people” who “add to the economy.”
In fact, locals are reporting the opposite.
Local pastor Barron Seelig revealed that he is struggling to find housing for the homeless in Springfield due to the arrival of the Haitian migrants.
He said the migrants had “invaded” the “sleepy” small town.
Meanwhile, shoplifting and auto theft have skyrocketed in Springfield, according to police data.
Residents blame the city’s struggles with the migrants on the Biden-Harris administration and not Trump’s so-called “hateful” rhetoric.
