Democrat President Joe Biden’s administration has been forced to stop all student debt forgiveness programs after multiple court orders.
Federal judges in Kansas and Missouri sided in favor of Republican attorneys general.
The orders are forcing the Biden admin to freeze all student loan repayment programs run by the Department of Education (DOE).
The DOE will now be freezing monthly student loan payments and interests of 3 million borrowers.
The debt-wipeout was happening under the Saving on a Valuable Education plan, better known as the SAVE plan.
More than 8 million people signed up for SAVE and over half of them qualified for $0 monthly payments due to not earning enough monthly.
But now multiple court orders have put a stop to these plans.
Republicans have slammed the plans as a barely disguised scheme to buy votes for President Biden using taxpayer dollars.
The news comes as Biden faces growing battles as he hopes to cling to power.
Last week was a complete disaster for Biden’s reelection campaign thanks to his horrific debate performance.
Biden’s serious physical decline has prompted discussion about replacing him on the Democrat ticket.
In addition, Democrat voters, specifically young voters, are extremely demoralized and lacking enthusiasm going into November.
The DOE was set to implement payment reductions, which would cut payments in half for many borrowers, on July 1st.
But that is off the table with multiple court orders effectively signing the death warrant of Biden’s student debt forgiveness plans.

The plan to use tax dollars to pay off student debts was a big part of getting young voters energized and motivated to come out and vote for him.
Some voters see Biden’s failure to make good on his promises as a betrayal and are apathetic towards the promises that Biden’s campaign is making this time around.
Many voters overlooked Biden’s age in 2020 because of a successful media campaign by the Democrats’ allies in the leftist corporate media.
The empty promises that Biden made about what he would do in his four years in office were a draw for many at the time.
However, many will be unlikely to be fooled again this time around.
Now voters are also being forced to weigh Biden’s age as many witnessed his degraded mental state on stage with President Donald Trump last Thursday.
Biden needs something big to reverse his failing fortunes and he just can’t seem to get it.
His agenda was ambitious but that required judges who were going to overlook the inherently unconstitutional and or illegal aspects of his ambitious plans.
If Biden remains in the race, he would need another pandemic or World War III to stop Trump from taking the White House back in November.
