A resolution to ban Covid shots and other mRNA vaccines is gaining widespread support from multiple counties in Florida.
The movement seeks to pressure Florida’s Republican governor Ron DeSantis to ban the injection from being sold or administered across the state.
As Slay News previously reported, the move was triggered by Republicans in Lee County.
The movement gained national attention when the Brevard County Republican Executive Committee (BREC) passed a resolution in a landslide vote to ban the vaccines in July.
After the resolution was passed, the BREC officially banned Covid mRNA vaccines and declared the shots a “biological and technological weapon.”
The resolution also declares that the COVID-19 virus itself is a “bioweapon.”
The committee has since been soliciting support from registered Republicans in the county, state lawmakers, Florida’s Congressional delegation, and Gov. DeSantis.
Republican executive committees in nine Florida counties have now adopted the resolution moving to prohibit the sale and distribution of the vaccines in the state.
The 83-page resolution also asks state Attorney General Ashley Moody to immediately seize all remaining vaccine supplies.
After the seizure, the AG is called on to conduct a forensic analysis of the shots.
The “Ban the Jab” resolution at the center of the movement was written by psychotherapist Joseph Sansone.
So far, the resolution has been adopted by local-level GOP officials in Lee, Collier, Lake, Santa Rosa, Seminole, St. Johns Hillsborough, and Brevard Counties.
Franklin County became the ninth county to pass it on Aug. 19.
“On behalf of the preservation of the human race, the Lee County Republican Party calls upon Gov. DeSantis and the state legislature to prohibit the sale and distribution of Covid injections and all mRNA injections in the state of Florida, and for the state Attorney General to immediately seize all Covid injections and mRNA injections in the state of Florida and have a forensic analysis conducted,” the committee said in voting to adopt the resolution.
The resolution includes more than 140 exhibits of evidence.
The authors say the evidence points to the independent findings of biomedical professionals and others concerned about vaccines.
The resolution adopted by GOP officials across the state includes a statement from Francis A. Boyle.
Boyle is a human rights lawyer and international law professor credited with writing the Biological Weapons and Anti-Terrorist Act of 1989.
That legislation established the U.S. Code’s current bioweapon definition.
Boyle describes the mRNA vaccines as “COVID frankenshots.”
He warns that the shots are “existentially dangerous to the lives, health, and well-being of the people of Florida.”
The resolution also cites a coalition of 17,000 physicians and medical scientists who gathered in May 2022 for the Global COVID Summit.
That summit decided to “recognize that the disastrous COVID-19 public health policies imposed on doctors and our patients are the culmination of a corrupt medical alliance of pharmaceutical, insurance, and healthcare institutions, along with the financial trusts which control them.”
The resolution also cites the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS).
VAERS chronicles reports of adverse reactions to vaccines including Covid shots.
Following the COVID-19 vaccine rollout, there was a reported 1,700 percent increase in VAERS reports.
According to Florida’s own VAERS data, a staggering 4,400 percent increase in reported “life-threatening conditions” was reported.
In 2021, a total of more than 41,000 adverse-effect VAERS reports were filed in Florida.
More than 9,000 were also reported in 2022.
DeSantis, meanwhile, already has taken measures to push back against vaccine mandates in the state.
In December 2022, DeSantis persuaded the Florida Supreme Court to impanel a grand jury to determine if any crimes were committed during the vaccine’s rollout.
In May, he signed four medical freedom bills.
Senate Bill 252 prohibits discrimination based on vaccination status and bans vaccine passports.
House Bill 1387 bans gain-of-function research in the state of Florida.
Senate Bill 1580 guarantees freedom of speech protections for physicians and medical professionals, such as protection for whistleblowers and the ability to object to participating in any treatments.
Senate Bill 238 provides protection against discrimination based on healthcare choices by keeping any investigations on the matter confidential.
Florida’s top health official, Surgeon General Dr. Joseph Ladapo, has been critical of the federal government’s pressure for citizens to comply with COVID-19 vaccine mandates and other measures.
“Healthcare professionals should always communicate the risks of a medical intervention to their patients in a manner that is clinically appropriate and meets standards of ethical practice,” he said during a round-table discussion with DeSantis in December 2022.
“President Biden and Big Pharma have completely prevented that from happening—it is wrong.
“With these new actions, we will shed light on the forces that have obscured truthful communication about the COVID-19 vaccines.”
Last week, Ladapo also responded to reports that Democrat President Joe Biden’s administration is planning to bring back mask mandates.
In a statement on Twitter/X, Ladapo called on the American people to refuse to comply with such “terrible policies,” as Slay News reported.
“What do you call re-imposing mask policies that have been proven ineffective or restarting lockdowns that are known to cause harm?” Ladapo said in a post.

“You don’t call it sanity.
“These terrible policies only work with your cooperation.
“How about refusing to participate…” he urged.
