Murdered Trump Supporters Estate Now Suing Democrat Stronghold

The estate of murdered Trump supporter Aaron “Jay” Danielson is suing the Democrat stronghold of Portland, Oregon over their “hands-off approach” to law enforcement. The negligence could cost the city millions.

Estate to settle the score

The Estate of martyred Donald Trump supporter Aaron “Jay” Danielson has a score to settle with city officials in Portland, Oregon. They’re so woke they allow anarchy to reign supreme. The lawless Democrats are also derelict in their duty to protect the public from harm.

That’s why the distraught family of one victim sued over it. They’re demanding millions in compensation. Along with the pain and suffering the city’s negligence inflicted on the deceased, and his loved ones, they’re tacking on an extra ten million.

Punitive damages are meant to be a slap on the wrist to keep Portland from doing it again. It would also make other liberal cities stand up and take notice.

If they don’t enforce the laws, then vigilant citizens will take the law into their own hands. According to the Danielson Estate, that’s pretty much the situation in Portland right now.

Danielson was murdered by “Antifa militant Michael Reinoehl” after a pro-Trump rally was attacked by Black Lives Matter irregulars wearing Antifa approved battle gear.

The patriot would be alive today if it weren’t for the cold and calculated inaction on the part of Portland city leaders. The Estate named the mayor and the county district attorney in their civil suit, charging them with negligence.

Filed in federal court

In total, the estate is seeking $13 million in damages according to the documents filed in federal court on Friday, September 10. Their “hands-off approach” to “political demonstrations and counter-protests” was the direct cause of the young man’s early death.

The family would feel a whole lot better with a check for $3 million. Half of that for “economic damages” and the other half for the “non-economic” ones.

On top of that, the Estate wants to send a clear message to all the other Democrat sanctuaries for violent anarchists. They’re also requesting “up to $10 million in punitive damages.”

Those are specifically meant to send the message to everyone else “don’t even think about doing this.” Police carefully eliminated the witness by shooting accused gunman Michael Reinoehl later, when they rounded him up elsewhere.

Danielson, age 39 at the time, was shot and killed “after seemingly being stalked by Reinoehl” on August 29, 2020. Police were nearby and did nothing. The Rapid Response Team, responsible for crowd control “were less than two blocks from the shooting but were told not to interfere with the dueling protests.”

That’s why the Danielson estate “also accused Multnomah County District Attorney Mike Schmidt of playing a role by broadcasting last summer that he had adopted a new policy and generally wouldn’t pursue what he considered public order crimes such as criminal mischief, interfering with an officer or a stand-alone riot charge, and instead would focus on deliberate property damage and threats of force or actual force against others.”
