Nashville Shooter Has Been Identified as Audrey Hale

The Nashville school shooter has been identified as 28-year-old female Audrey E. Hale.

She is a former student of the school and lived a short distance away.

Three children and three adults were killed in the shooting at a private Catholic grade school.

Hale was shot dead by the police.

Metropolitan Nashville Police Chief John Drake said: “At one point she was a student at that school.

“But unsure what year, but that’s what I’ve been told so far.

“There was a vehicle that was nearby that gave us clues as to who she was.

“There was a door that was entered.

“All doors were locked, to our understanding, and how exactly she got in, at this point, is still under investigation,” Drake added.

Don Aaron of the Metro Nashville Police Department said:  “We now know that there are three students who were fatally wounded as well as three adults inside the school.

“We are working to identify those victims. Including the shooter, a total of seven persons were killed as a result of this morning’s incident at the school.
