Nikki Haley Issues Warning after Tax Docs Leak: ‘Republicans Have Been Too Nice for Too Long’

Former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley has issued a warning after the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) filings of her nonprofit were leaked to the media.

Haley fired back over the move, arguing that it is an attempt to intimidate conservative donors.

In a statement on Twitter, Haley accused Democrats of weaponizing the government against conservatives while Republicans are “too nice” to fight back.

“Leaking a confidential tax return is against state and federal law… and look whose stamp is on the last page of the @StandForAmerica filing leaked to the media this week,” Haley said.

“Liberal corruption strikes again.”

“Disclosure of @StandForAmerica’s confidential tax return isn’t just a violation of state & federal law—it is meant to intimidate conservative donors,” Haley added.

“Liberals have ALWAYS weaponized gov’t against conservatives.

“Republicans have been too nice for too long.

“The buck stops here,” she warned.

Mark Hemingway, from Real Clear Investigations, said:

“The group did not share the original source of the filing, but it bears a stamp from the charity office of the New York state attorney general.”

“Appalling. There’s got to start being consequences for people that keep leaking government info.”

Haley was recently asked about her plans for running for president in 2024:

“If we don’t win in ‘22, there is no 24,” she said.

“Once we win in ’22, Republicans have to prove we deserve to be there by results and solutions.

“I don’t have to make a decision until the first part of next year.

“If there’s a place for me, I’ve never lost a race.

“I’m not going to lose now.

“I’ll put 1,000% into it, and I’ll finish it.

“If there’s not a place for me, I will fight for this country until my last breath.”
