Palm Beach Police responded to a trespassing call at President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida on Thursday, according to reports.
Secret Service agents have also been sweeping the area to search for a possible intruder.
“Police vehicles were seen outside the club on Thursday morning but have now departed, according to local media,” Fox News is reporting.
“A Secret Service team also reportedly conducted a sweep of the grounds after police left.”
Cpt. Will Rothrock said: “So it was a routine trespass complaint for us.
“And by routine, I don’t necessarily mean like routine for Mar a Lago, just there was nothing really out of the ordinary about it.
“At 8:08 this morning, we had a male subject that was stopped at one of the gates refusing to leave the property.
“We responded, spoke briefly with him, and he was issued a written warning for trespass and he left the area so there wasn’t an incident report or anything associated with it.”

This comes just after the mysterious assault of Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband Paul.
The Department of Justice (DOJ) said the suspect in the Paul Pelosi incident, David DePape, is being hit with state and federal charges.
“DEPAPE stated that he was going to hold Nancy hostage and talk to her,” the DOJ said.
“If Nancy were to tell DEPAPE the ‘truth,’ he would let her go, and if she ‘lied,’ he was going to break ‘her kneecaps. DEPAPE was certain that Nancy would not have told the ‘truth.’
“In the course of the interview, DEPAPE articulated he viewed Nancy as the ‘leader of the pack’ of lies told by the Democratic Party.
“DEPAPE also later explained that by breaking Nancy’s kneecaps, she would then have to be wheeled into Congress, which would show other Members of Congress there were consequences to actions.
“DEPAPE also explained generally that he wanted to use Nancy to lure another individual to DEPAPE,” DOJ said.
