Ronna McDaniel Checkmates Biden, Launches Voter Registration Initiative at Gas Stations

The Republican National Committee (RNC) is launching a new voter registration effort that hits President Joe Biden and the Democrats where it hurts.

The new initiative will see Republicans will meet and register new voters at gas stations in response to the out-of-control prices that have seen some Americans pay over $6 per gallon.

RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel said: “Under Joe Biden, families are paying more for gas than ever before.

“After killing American energy independence, Biden is turning to our adversaries abroad for America’s energy needs.

“American families are feeling the pain at the pump, and Biden and the Democrats do not care and are making it worse.”

“Arizonans are frustrated with paying the record-high gas prices we’ve seen recently, this is an issue that affects almost every single Arizonan,” said Ben Petersen, the RNC’s Arizona spokesperson.

Petersen continued: “There’s no doubt that everyone is feeling the pain at the pump, so a gas station right now may be the very best possible place for one of our volunteers to have a conversation with someone and get someone signed up to vote.

“Registering someone as a Republican voter is one of the most high-impact things we can do with our ground program.”

According to AZ Central: “Recent voter registration statistics in Arizona indicate that 34.5% of registered voters are Republicans; 31.4% are Democrats; 33.3% are Independents, and 0.1% are Libertarians.

“…internal RNC data showed that more than 80% of newly registered Republican voters cast a ballot in the first election following their registration.”

The RNC is doing this after watching people across the country put stickers on gas pumps blaming Biden for the high prices.

From Fox News:

Decals of a finger-pointing President Biden, with the words “I did that!” in big, bold print, have been appearing on fuel pumps across the country — including New York City — as gasoline prices skyrocket.

“I just know everything he’s been doing since he took office has been going downhill. Bring Trump back,” said Harold Frost, 29, of the Upper West Side.

“My car has been parked the whole week because of this. I took the train, but it’s dangerous now on the train. You gotta be careful.”

The Post found the stickers — which sell in packs of 100 for $8 on Amazon — on a pump at the Speedway on Bruckner Boulevard in Mott Haven, where an attendant tried to peel it off.

Three stickers adorned a Shell pump in Harlem on Broadway, where The Post interviewed drivers filling their tanks.

“I don’t go for the Democrats. They make it seem like they got the backs of minority people, but in reality, they’re just in it for themselves,” said Vincent Williams, 29, a black Harlem resident who said he could only afford to put $15 in his tank — which these days barely buys three gallons.

“The rise in gas prices is B.S.”
