Russia has accused far-left billionaire George Soros and Democrat President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden of “secretly funding bioweapons labs in Ukraine.”
Earlier this month, the US State Department admitted there were dangerous US-funded Biolabs in Ukraine during Senate testimony.
However, the Biden administration then backtracked shortly after and insisted there were no US-funded biolabs in Ukraine.
Now Russia’s Defense Ministry has made fresh allegations by putting out a diagram connecting Hunter Biden, Soros, and the Democratic Party to Ukrainian biolabs.
Titled “Coordination of Biological Laboratories and Scientific Research Centers of Ukraine and the U.S.,” the diagram claims they are masterminds behind what Russian officials describe as “especially dangerous pathogen of anthrax,” Russian state-owned news agency Sputnik reported.
Moscow claims that the information had been found in documents seized by their soldiers in Ukraine.
Russia also claimed that the U.S. Agency for International Development (AID) was involved in the scheme, in addition to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), according to the diagram, flagged by the Daily Beast.Â
“The scale of the program is impressive,” said Igor Kirillov, head of the radiation, chemical, and biological defense department of the Russian Armed Forces.
“In addition to the military department, the U.S. Agency for International Development, the George Soros Foundation, and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention are directly involved in its implementation,” he said.
“Scientific curation is carried out by leading research organizations, including the Los Alamos National Laboratory, which develops nuclear weapons under the Manhattan Project.”
Russia said in a statement that the Rosemont Seneca investment fund, led by Hunter Biden, is funding the Pentagon’s military biological program in Ukraine, The Telegraph reported.
Joe Biden must explain his son Hunter’s involvement in the operation of biological laboratories in Ukraine, Russia’s State Duma speaker, Vyacheslav Volodin, said on Thursday on his Telegram channel, TASS reported.
“The incoming materials allow us to trace the scheme of interaction between US government agencies and Ukrainian biological objects,” Kirillov added.
“Attention is drawn to the involvement in the financing of these activities of structures close to the current US leadership, in particular, the Rosemont Seneca investment fund, which is headed by Hunter Biden.”
The Pentagon program is also financially supported by the US Agency for International Development (USAID), the George Soros Foundation, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Kirillov said, according to Insider Paper.
Kirillov claimed that one of the scientific curators of the Pentagon’s military biological program in Ukraine was the Los Alamos nuclear center, which developed the first American atomic bomb.
Kirillov claimed that Biden’s investment fund had at least $2.4 billion in capital.
The ministry said it had found 31 Pentagon-funded biolabs allegedly conducting illegal research.
However, the Biden administration argues the allegations could be a signal of a planned “false flag” operation.
