Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman frequently mocks Democrat President Joe Biden and says he “much preferred” President Donald Trump, according to a new report.
A new report by the Wall Street Journal highlights the cracks that have formed in the relationship between America and the Saudis since Biden took office.
“An unwritten pact binding the U.S. and Saudi Arabia has survived 15 presidents and seven kings through an Arab oil embargo, two Persian Gulf wars, and the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks,” the report notes.
However, the outlet says that the pact is now “fracturing under two leaders who don’t like or trust each other.”
Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the kingdom’s 37-year-old day-to-day ruler, mocks President Biden in private, according to the WSJ.
“People inside the Saudi government” reportedly told the WSJ that the prince frequently makes fun of 79-year-old Biden’s gaffes and questions his mental acuity.
He has told advisers he hasn’t been impressed with Biden since his days as vice president.
The insiders reportedly said that Salman “much preferred” Trump as U.S. president.
As Slay News reported, Saudi Arabia recently issued a devastating rebuke of Biden and handed Republicans their first article of impeachment when they take back the House of Representatives.
A report has surfaced claiming Biden and his team asked the Saudis to wait until after the midterm elections before the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) cut oil production.
Biden’s visit to Saudi Arabia to meet with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman was meant to be a mission to ask OPEC to increase production.
However, as it was revealed that OPEC was considering oil output cuts, Biden asked the Saudis to wait until after the midterms before cutting production.
The OPEC nations ignored all of Biden’s requests and slashed production anyway.
The Biden admin fired back and accused the Saudis of meddling in our election with the oil production cuts.
Now, the middle eastern nation has just doomed Biden and the Democrats.
In a historic rebuke, the Saudis have responded by dropping the hammer on Biden by confirming that the president did indeed ask them to wait until after the midterms to make cuts.
