Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) has slammed Democrat President Joe Biden over his many failures since entering the White House.
Kennedy went on Fox News host Jesse Watters’ show to blast the Biden administration for “kicking its own a**.”
“I mean, look, here’s the truth, the truth is that the Biden administration just keeps kicking its own a**,” the senator told Watters.
“The truth is, President Biden won the nomination because he promised not to be Bernie Sanders.
“Who has he tried to emulate? Bernie Sanders.
“After 14 months, we know that President Biden believes in bigger government, higher taxes, more spending, more debt, more regulation, a weaker military, open borders, taxpayer-funded abortion-on-demand, and turning cops into social workers.
“His energy policy — here’s his energy policy — wind, solar, and wishful thinking.
“He thinks he can run with the greatest economy, the most powerful economy in all of human history, without fossil fuels.
“And that’s one of the main reasons why the prices at the pump are so high.
“The American people see this.
“They see that after 14 months, nothing is built, nothing is back, and nothing is better.
“And that’s why when you poll it, the American people say the country is headed in the wrong direction.
“The president, he has no self-awareness, or at least the people around him won’t allow him to have self-awareness about the real problem,” he said.

During an appearance on Fox News’s “America Reports,” Kenedy said:
“If I could sit down with the president today one-on-one here’s what I’d tell him.
“I’d tell him, ‘Mr. President, you’re a nice man.’
“I would say, ‘Mr. President, I know you want what’s best for America, but Mr. President, and I say this gently, you’ve got to stop being a chump. There’s no future in it. There’s no future in it for you or for the American people. You have to go back to the White House and you have to fire all these “wokers” that don’t really care about America.’
“Yes, we have inflation,” Kennedy continued.
“It was caused in part by the ‘wokers’ in the White House, including, but not limited to, their economists.
“We can get it under control.
“Here is how we do it:
“Turn to Congress and say freeze all spending. You have a budget, live within your budget.
“Number two, he needs to tell Congress to confirm Jerome Powell, and then turn to Jerome Powell, not directly, he can say it publicly and say chairman do whatever you have to do to squeeze the liquidity without throwing us into a recession.
“But he’s insulting the American people by blaming inflation, which predates the war, on Putin, greedy businesswomen, price-gouging, fertilizer – it’s an insult to the American people,” he said.
