Fox Nation’s Sharon Osbourne has taken revenge on ABC’s Joy Behar for a rude insult “The View” star hurled her way years ago.
Her new show “Sharon Osbourne: To Hell & Back” is streaming now on Fox Nation.
In a new interview with Fox News, Osbourne fired back at “jealous” Behar.
Osbourne recalled meeting Behar at an event:
“I met Joy once at a social function and she picked up my hand and looked at my wedding ring and said, ‘Oh, my God that’s gaudy.’
“I wanted to say, ‘Jealous,’ but I didn’t, I held it back,” Osbourne said hanging on the word jealous for effect.
“I just think that she’s a bit cray-cray,” she added.
Osbourne also ripped media cancel culture in an earlier interview to promote her show.
In March, CBS announced that Osbourne had quit ‘The Talk’ after her on-air fight with co-host Sheryl Underwood.
Osbourne was accused of making “racially insensitive” comments while defending Piers Morgan’s criticism of Meghan Markle.
Morgan was accused of making “racial implications with the way he spoke about Meghan Markle” after he highlighted several false claims she made during her infamous interview with Oprah Winfrey.
However, neither Osbourne nor Morgan mentioned Markle’s race or used any language that made “racial implications.”
“I don’t regret it at all,” Osbourne said of the controversy.
“Piers is not a racist, never has said anything racist, never written anything that you could consider racist.
“It’s not in him, and I’ve known him for 30 years.”
“I honestly think that CBS, because the world loved the interview, and it was Piers Morgan who said, ‘Hold on here, there are 17 lies that’s been told – it’s one-sided,’” Osbourne said of Piers calling out Meghan Markle.
“I didn’t agree with everything Piers said, but I still agreed he had the right to say whatever he wanted.
“I know myself that if Jack [Osbourne] had taken this project anywhere else, they wouldn’t have taken it because people were very afraid to deal with somebody that’s been canceled.
“They are very afraid.
“Everybody walks on eggshell, everybody wants to be politically correct, and they just don’t want to deal with you. Fox said, ‘We have no problem.’
“It’s an interesting documentary to watch, it really is.
“They’ll learn a lot.”
“I think that everybody knew the questions and everybody knew the answers.
“I have nothing against anyone except CBS.
“I wouldn’t trust CBS as far as I could throw them.
According to Fox News, CNN’s Don Lemon covered the ordeal on his primetime show and said he was “enraged” by Osbourne telling co-host Sheryl Underwood not to cry during a heated conversation.
Lemon then brought on far-left former ESPN host Jemele Hill, who said “Osbourne had a full-on temper tantrum” while the duo lectured her on race.
According to Fox News:
“Morgan didn’t believe Markle’s suicide or racism claims in her Oprah Winfrey interview, and Osbourne defended him, but she was promptly accused of ‘giving validation or safe haven to something that he has uttered that is racist’ by co-host Sheryl Underwood.”
In her new interview, Osbourne said of Don Lemon: “He turned against me.
“He never called for a quote.
“He never called for his statement, and he turned against me.
“And I was a big fan of his.
“He used to do the New Year’s Eve show, and he would get drunk and he’d be in clubs, and I thought he was a hoot. I really did.
“But, I just thought, ‘How ignorant of you not to ask the other side,’ because that’s your job.
“That’s what you’re meant to do.
“So, I thought, ‘I’m not watching you on New Year’s Eve again.’”
