Kamala Harris Stuns Nation with Speech to Grieving Community: ‘She Has to Have Brain Damage’

Democrat Vice President Kamala Harris has been met with severe blowback after she gave another confusing, rambling speech to a grieving community.

Harris’s latest word salad moment came while she was delivering remarks in Highland Park, Illinois, following the tragic shooting that took place there on the Fourth of July.

On Monday, police say a 21-year-old white male opened fire on a parade of people who were celebrating the July 4 holiday.

The shooting killed seven and wounded more than two dozen.

The suspect was apprehended hours later and has been charged with numerous first-degree murder counts.

“We got to take this stuff seriously, as seriously as you are because you have been forced to have take this seriously,” Harris said.

“The whole nation should understand and have a level of empathy to understand that this could happen anywhere [to] any people in any community,” she continued.

“And we should stand together and speak out about why it’s got to stop.”
