Dozens of George Soros-funded pro-Hamas protesters have stormed the lobby of Trump Tower in New York City.
The well-funded mob has occupied the building in support of pro-Hamas activist Mahmoud Khalil.
As Slay News reported, Khalil, a Syrian national, is facing deportation after his green card and student visa were revoked for leading anti-Israel protests at Columbia Universtiy.
On Thursday, protesters stormed President Donald Trump’s building on Manhattan’s Fifth Avenue, calling for Khalil’s release.
The anti-Israel activist was detained over the weekend.
The protesters were dressed in matching red outfits and held professionally prinited signs reading: “Free Mahmoud, Free Palestine” and “Fight Nazis Not Students.”
They were also chanting the common “Free, free Palestine” slogan.
After occupying the lobby area – the same area where Trump famously launched his 2016 presidential campaign – the NYPD began detaining several of the protesters.
Cops hauled multiple demonstrators out of the building in zip ties.
At least 50 people were arrested, police revealed.
Police were seen loading protesters into a big NYPD van while the remaining protesters were put in an MTA bus outside Trump Tower.
The George Soros-funded leftist group called “Jewish Voice for Peace” said it helped organize the protest.
The group’s X account says its aim is to organize Jews “toward Palestinian liberation and Judaism beyond Zionism.
“As Jews, we are taking over the Trump Tower to register our mass refusal,” the group wrote.
“We will not stand by as this fascist regime attempts to criminalize Palestinians and all those calling for an end to the Israeli government’s US-funded genocide of the Palestinian people.
“And we will never stop fighting for a free Palestine.
“If you come for one, you face us all. Free Mahmoud, free Palestine!”
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents arrested Khalil at his university-owned apartment on the city’s Upper West Side on Saturday.
Khalil was one of the ringleaders of anti-Israel protests at Columbia University last year.
Agents told him they were revoking his green card and student visa, according to Khalil’s attorneys.
Protests have erupted all week in Manhattan following Khalil’s detainment.
He is being held in Louisiana, awaiting deportation.
However, a federal judge blocked the Trump administration’s efforts to deport him before his case is heard.
His supporters say he is being held for exercising his free speech.
However, the Trump White House says he is a U.S. national security risk and distributed propaganda fliers on campus in support of Hamas terrorists.
Khalil, who moved to the U.S. from Syria on a student visa, was granted a green card when he married an American citizen, who is currently eight months pregnant.
The protest on Thursday broke out at one of Trump’s signature buildings.
Trump developed the historic 58-story skyscraper in the early 1980s.
It serves as the headquarters for the Trump Organization.
It houses several luxury residential condominiums, office spaces, and retail establishments, as well as a penthouse residence belonging to the president.
