Tom Homan Refers AOC to DOJ for Advising Illegal Aliens on ‘How to Avoid ICE’

President Donald Trump’s border czar Tom Homan has warned radical Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) that she’s like “in trouble” after she hosted a webinar advising illegal aliens on how to escape deportation.

Homan revealed that he’s referred AOC to the Department of Justice (DOJ) for impediment charges after she openly advised illegals on “how to avoid” federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.

The New York congresswoman hosted a webinar on her social media on Wednesday.

During the livestream, speakers gave step-by-step instructions to migrants on how to escape being arrested by federal enforcement agents.

AOC’s presentation laid out the steps that illegal aliens can take to evade enforcement and avoid answering ICE agents’ questions.

It also described tactics that officials and agents would use to catch them.

During a Fox News interview Thursday, Homan said he believes AOC’s webinar may be criminal.

Homan revealed that he referred the far-left Democrat to the DOJ for investigation.

“I sent an email today to the Deputy Attorney General, at what level is that impediment?” Homan said.

“Is that impeding our law enforcement efforts?

“If so, what are we going to do about it?

“Is she crossing the line?” Homan continued.

“Maybe AOC is going to be in trouble now, but I need the AG to opine on that, because there’s an impediment, it’s impediment in my opinion.

“I’m not a prosecutor, but we need some further guidance on that.”

The border czar admonished AOC and her fellow Squad members who provided information to illegals.

“This is about public safety, this is about community safety,” Homan said.

“You’re putting the public at great risk, you’re putting our officers at great risk, you’re even putting the illegal alien at great risk because anything can happen on arrest on the street.”

It comes as ICE has conducted raids in major U.S. cities known to be providing “sanctuary” policy protection to illegal aliens living in their jurisdictions.

Trump vowed during his 2024 campaign to conduct the largest-ever deportation of illegal immigrants in U.S. history once back in office.

Now, the president is making good on that promise.

Newly sworn-in Attorney General Pam Bondi announced lawsuits against New York, its governor Kathy Hochul, and other state leaders on Wednesday.

The lawsuits are part of the Trump administration’s crackdown on illegal immigration.

Bondi accused New York officials of prioritizing illegal aliens over U.S. citizens.

The AG warned that “it stops today.”

The Justice Department took similar action against Illinois and the city of Chicago last week.
