A prominent corporate media journalist, who promoted Covid mRNA vaccines and shamed “anti-vaxxers,” has died from “aggressive” brain cancer.
Jane Hansen was a reporter for the Australian TV show “A Current Affair.”
She died on the Gold Coast in Australia on Tuesday, her family revealed.
Hansen, aged in her 50s, worked at The Sunday Telegraph, having previously reported as a war correspondent and for “A Current Affair.”
She was the author of a controversial “A Current Affair” documentary called “Anti-Vaxxers Exposed.”
The shows sought to smear and shame those who chose not to take Covid mRNA injections by suggesting they were responsible for the pandemic.
Hansen’s most recent role was as a journalist with News Corp’s Sunday Telegraph newspaper.
In her articles for the newspaper, she extensively criticized the anti-vaccination movement in New South Wales.
Hansen also led pro-vaccination campaigns, which resulted in welfare payments being withheld from parents who refused to inject their children with Covid mRNA shots.
Parents would not get their checks unless they could prove their kids were “fully vaccinated.”
Hansen’s efforts also saw parents barred from accessing childcare centers and preschools if they were deemed to be “anti-vaxxers.”
Since Covid shots were first rolled out for public use in early 2021, Hansen used her reach on social media to promote the mRNA injections.

Her family said in a family statement Hansen put up an “amazing fight” to the end and “never once complained” and “never lost her sense of humor.”
“We will be in touch soon regarding Jane’s funeral arrangements and yes there will be a wake to celebrate this fantastic woman!” the statement continued.

The Australian editorial director Clair Harvey, who worked at the Sunday Telegraph as deputy editor, said Hansen was the “most passionate journalistic crusader” who made her life every time they interacted.
“She swore a lot. She got outraged a lot. And she laughed a lot – and made me laugh – every time we spoke,” Harvey said.
“I feel so lucky to have known Jane, and proud that here at News Corp Australia we published her work with the pride and prominence it deserved.”
Awful news. We also separately know from the work of eminent oncologist Prof Dalgleish & others that the covid vaccine is a likely carcinogen. Remember Pfizer have invested $43 billion in treating turbo cancers for a reason. We must remove these psychopathic entities. RIP Jane 🙏 pic.twitter.com/QZ1FuXrvvy

Hansen is the latest pro-vax journalist to die in recent months.
As Slay News reported last month, a prominent journalist from Washington State, who smeared and attacked “anti-vaxxers” over their views about Covid mRNA shots, has died “unexpectedly” at just 43 years old.
Matt Driscoll was a controversial columnist and opinion editor for The News Tribune (TNT).
According to TNT, Driscoll reportedly suffered an undisclosed “medical emergency” at home.
He could not be revived and died suddenly.
No official cause of death has yet been revealed.
Just last year, another prominent pro-vax journalist journalist died suddenly.
As Slay News reported, corporate media journalist Ian Vandaelle, who controversially demanded that unvaccinated members of the public be taken away to concentration camps, dropped dead at just 33 years old.
Vandaelle died after being hospitalized and “declared neurologically dead,” his family revealed.
Vandaelle was a Canadian business journalist who worked as a reporter and editor at the Financial Post.
He was also previously a producer at BNN Bloomberg for over a decade.
However, he was known to many on social media for his pro-Covid vaccine posts on X.
