Trump Breaks Silence on Johnny Depp & Amber Heard Trial: ‘What a Lovely Couple’

President Donald Trump has broken his silence on the Johnny Depp and Amber Heard trial, landing a knockout blow in summarizing the Hollywood couple’s trainwreck relationship.

“Has anybody been watching the Johnny Depp/Amber Heard trial?” Trump said on his Truth Social platform.

“What a lovely couple!

“First of all, Johnny sued her for writing an article in a tiny ‘outlet,’ that practically nobody read, because he didn’t want to get bad publicity.

“How did that work out?

“She countersued for $100 million,” he said.

“The charges are many & salacious, the nicest of which is that she threw a bottle at him and it took off his finger – She must have a Sandy Koufax type arm.

“Will they get back together and live happily in PEACE?”

Depp accused Heard of abuse:

“It could begin with a slap, it could begin with a shove, it could begin with throwing a TV remote at my head, throwing a glass of wine in my face,” the actor told the court.

“The tip of my finger had been severed and I was looking directly at my bone sticking out.”

Heard denied the incident to Depp’s attorney, Camille Vasquez, however.

“You’re the one who assaulted someone with a bottle in Australia, isn’t that right, Ms. Heard?” Vasquez said.

“I didn’t assault Johnny in Australia,” Heard claimed.

“I didn’t assault Johnny ever.”

Heard is not doing well in court and at one point ignored the judge and left the courtroom.

“When #AmberHeard was done testifying the judge told her she could have a seat next to her attorney, twice, – instead – Heard walked out of the courtroom before the jury had the opportunity to leave for the break,” Law&Crime’s Cathy Russon reported and linked to a clip.

The video shows Heard walking straight towards the door to leave the courtroom while appearing to ignore Judge Azcarate’s direction.

“You can have a seat next to your attorney, okay?” the judge told Heard.

“You can go have a seat next to her, that’s fine.”
