Trump Dooms Bud Light: ‘Money Does Talk, Anheuser-Busch Now Understands That’

President Donald Trump has doomed Bud Light by commenting on Anheuser-Busch’s failing brand.

While promoting a book by Wayne Allyn Root, Trump urged conservatives to use their dollars to support pro-America companies.

“It’s time to beat the Radical Left at their own game,” Trump said.

“Money does talk—Anheuser-Busch now understands that.”

Anheuser-Busch’s Doukeris has been trying to distance the company from Bud Light’s disastrous campaign featuring transgender Dylan Mulvaney.

“This was the result of one camp — it was one post, not a formal campaign or advertisement,” Doukeris said to investors.

“As for Bud Light, we have significantly increased our investments behind the brand in the U.S., including tripling our media spend over the summer,” he continued.

“With this perspective and in the context of our global business, we believe we have the experience, the resources, and the partners to manage this.

“And our four-year growth outlook is unchanged.”

“People often talk about this topic in social media like noise.

“You have one fact and every person puts an opinion behind the fact.

“And then the opinions start to be replicated fast on each and every comment.

“By the time that 10 or 20 people put a comment out there, the reality is no longer what the fact is, but is more about what the comments were.

“We never intended to make it for general production and sale for the public…it was one post.

“It was not an advertisement,” he said.

“But as the rumor that it was a campaign spread, he said, there were videos of billboards showing the Dylan Mulvaney can digitally and ’10 million people were watching and commenting.’

“That had nothing to do with Bud Light, it was just like pure social media creation.”

However, his comments have now triggered more boycotts.

Bud Light is now being boycotted by the “woke” mob over claims Doukeris’s comments were “transphobic.”

Meanwhile, Trump also congratulated his wife Melania on the 5th anniversary of her Be Best initiative.

On Sunday, the former first lady said: “Today, on the 5th anniversary of my Be Best initiative, we are reminded of the incredible impact that can be achieved when we come together to support our next generation.

“The fact that two individuals from the foster care community have received university-level scholarships brings me great joy.

“Many thanks to my team and the community for ongoing support.”

Trump said: “Melania, congratulations on doing a truly great job!”
