Candidates endorsed by President Donald Trump have been dominating statewide elections in Louisiana.
The Associated Press reports that three Trump-endorsed candidates have won in Louisiana.
This includes Republicans Liz Murrill, Nancy Landry, and John Fleming.
Landry has been elected as governor, Murrill as attorney general, and Fleming as treasurer.
Not only did these candidates win, but they dominated their races.
According to the New York Times, Murrill beat her Democrat opponent by a tally of 66.4% to 33.6%.
Landry beat her Democrat opponent by a tally of 66.8% to 33.2%.
Fleming received 65% of the vote, while his opponent only garnered 35%.
Trump announced his endorsement of Murrill, Landry, and Fleming just a few days before the election.
The 45th president wrote.
“Our Republican Nominees, Liz Murrill for Attorney General, John Fleming for Treasurer, and Nancy Landry for Secretary of State, are outstanding in every way and have my complete and total endorsement.
“With my strong endorsement, Jeff Landry made history by flipping the seat of Louisiana’s 2-term Democrat governor without a runoff— Jeff will be a great governor!
“We need Republican leadership in the great state of Louisiana, so please get out and vote Republican on Saturday!”

As we have seen time and time again, if an election does not go the Republicans’ way, mainstream media outlets – including Fox News – are quick to blame the situation on Trump.
They usually try to claim that the Republican candidate’s defeat shows that Americans are rejecting Trump.
However, what you will not see is corporate media outlets claiming that the success of Murrill, Fleming, and Landry, this past weekend, shows that Americans are aligning behind Trump and his policies.
It is a rather blatant example of media bias.
But, by now, this is very much to be expected.
Trump is not letting any of this bother him.
On Sunday, President Trump joined those celebrating Murrill’s, Landry’s, and Fleming’s victories.
Trump wrote on Truth Social:
“Big win in Louisiana, including Jeff Landry, who after receiving my endorsement, went up like a rocket ship and won the election without even a runoff.
“All 4 are great people.
“I was glad to be of service!”
