President Donald Trump has issued a warning to members of the United Auto Workers Union about the impact the Democrats’ radical green agenda will have on their industry.
Trump warns that Democrat President Joe Biden’s electric car agenda will destroy the auto industry in Michigan.
Biden and the Democrats have been heavily advancing their globalist green agenda.
However, they have been ignoring concerns about whether the American people want such radical changes.
Much of the country lacks the infrastructure needed for the all-electric vehicle future pushed by the Democrats.
As Trump and other critics highlight, electric vehicle manufacturing will rely heavily on China and shift the auto industry away from the United States.
Trump is now reminding auto workers what another four years of Biden could mean for their industry.
“The Great State of Michigan will not have an auto industry anymore if Crooked Joe Biden’s crazed concept of ‘all Electric Cars’ goes into effect,” Trump said in a post on Truth Social.
He continued by warning that such a move would hurt Americans and boost China.
“CHINA WILL TAKE IT ALL, 100%,” Trump said.
“United Auto Workers, VOTE FOR TRUMP.
“Get your leaders to ENDORSE ME, I WILL KEEP ALL OF THESE GREAT JOBS, AND BRING IN MANY MORE. CHOICE IN SCHOOLS, AND CHOICE IN CARS!!!” he exclaimed.
The UAW has gone after Biden over his “green energy” agenda.
The union points to the wage-cutting outcomes of the electric car plans.
Major automakers get tax credits for EVs made in the United States, Canada, and Mexico under Biden’s so-called “Inflation Reduction Act.”
However, many view the Democrats’ move as a push to abandon America’s working class in favor of the globalist agenda that will only benefit China.
