Tulsi Gabbard Rips ‘Incompetent’ D.C Politicians: ‘They’re Failing at Their Jobs’

Former Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) ripped Democrats and Republicans in Congress, calling them “incompetent” for avoiding border security as they rammed through the $1.7 trillion omnibus bill yesterday.

Gabbard said: “There’s about $1.5 billion there that’s been set aside for Customs and Border Protection, border security.

“The problem is the language also says they’re not actually allowed to use any of that money to secure the border.

“They can’t use it to expand their security capabilities. So, when you look at what they’re actually doing, ultimately they either don’t care, as you said, or they are purely incompetent, either way they’re failing at their jobs.

“What’s at the heart of this is we have Democrats and Republicans, frankly, in Congress who are failing at their most basic and foremost responsibility, which is to ensure the safety, security and freedom of the American people, and that starts with securing our border.

“We don’t have a country if we don’t have a secure border.”

She said earlier:

“One thing we can all agree on is that clean water is the most important resource.

“Without it, there’s no life and every other issue is meaningless.

“We cannot and must not allow corrupt politicians and big corporations to pollute/destroy our precious water resources.

“To avoid being labeled a bigot, you have to agree to be insane.

“UK hospital policy now mandates that women who question why trans ‘women’ (biological men) are in female-only wards are told by hospital authorities ‘there are no men here’ and must stop complaining or be kicked out.

“One of the main reasons I left today’s Dem Party is bc of their obsession with race, sexuality & other externals instead of merit.

“America is the greatest country in the world because it’s a meritocracy.

“If we become a society based on externals, America’s excellence will be history.”
