Former Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard has stunned the Democrats and their allies in the media by endorsing Republican candidate Kari Lake for governor in Arizona.
Lake, who is also endorsed by President Donald Trump, appears poised for a landslide win in the gubernatorial race.
The endorsement from Gabbard comes after she dramatically announced her departure from the Democratic Party last week.
As Slay News reported, Gabbard issued a scathing rebuke, saying she can “no longer stomach” identifying as a Democrat.
Gabbard denounced the party’s “cowardly wokeness” before accusing them of “racializing every issue” and “stoking anti-white racism.”
In a statement announcing she is leaving the party, Gabbard warned America that the Democrats are “now under the complete control of an elitist cabal of warmongers.”
After announcing her departure from the Democratic Party, Gabbard went full scorched earth and blew the whistle on the Democrats’ true agenda.
During an explosive interview with podcaster Joe Rogan this week, Gabbard slammed the political Left and warned that Democrats are ushering in the “normalization of pedophilia.”
Gabbard, a former 2020 Democrat presidential candidate, warned that the shifting of the Overton Window by leftists never ends.
“And that’s where the thing that people warned against in the past, but it’s hard to imagine that it would be possible, certainly within our lifetimes, the normalization of pedophilia,” Gabbard said on “The Joe Rogan Experience.”
“What you said, ‘the minor attracted persons’ and ‘don’t stigmatize that,’ you know, ‘we’re all people, we should all be allowed to celebrate ourselves’ and all this other crap.
“We’re talking about kids.”
Now Gabbard has come out and officially endorsed America First GOP candidate Lake.
“For too long establishment leaders from both parties have sought to enrich themselves, play games, and build up their power while ignoring and even enabling the suffering of millions of hard-working Americans,” Gabbard said.
“Kari Lake is a leader who puts people first, is fighting for border security, energy independence, public safety, and other policies that actually make life better and more affordable for the American people.
“Kari Lake isn’t afraid to call out the warmongering elitist cabal of permanent Washington and the Military Industrial Complex, and their propagandists in the mainstream media.
“I look forward to supporting @KariLake ahead of these critical midterm elections.”
Asked why she was backing the GOP candidate in the New Hamshire Senate race, Gabbard said:
“I’m an independent, and I’ve laid out the reasons why today’s Democratic Party, that is controlled by fanatical ideologues, that stands against freedom, why it’s a party I can no longer be associated with.
“I’m here campaigning with Don Bolduc because I know he’s committed to putting country and the American people first, and I think that more politicians more people running for office would be smart to do the same.
“I think it makes every bit of sense when you look at two people who’ve dedicated our lives to serve our country, both in uniform and now in public office.
“It makes every sense when you look at the things, the fundamental foundational things that we share in common, which is the constitution, it’s freedom.
“It’s the Bill of Rights. It’s taking care of serving the needs of people here in New Hampshire and across the country,” she said.
