UK Government Moves to Begin Jailing ‘Climate Deniers’

British lawmakers are advancing a disturbing piece of legislation that seeks to begin jailing so-called “climate deniers” who fail to comply with the green agenda.

The UK Government introduced legislation related to enforcing globalist “Net Zero” measures.

However, the bill has set off major alarm bells amongst freedom-loving citizens across the country.

Many are questioning some of the draconian “Net Zero” measures contained in the flagship Energy Bill.

Last week, the legislation cleared the Commons at the third reading.

Buried in the Energy Bill are new laws that see property owners facing criminal charges for opposing the “Net Zero” goals.

Under this new legislation, those who fail to comply with the green agenda will be punished for their role in contributing to the alleged “climate crisis.”

Citizens who fail to adhere to energy consumption regulations could face imprisonment for up to a year and fines of up to £15,000 ($18,700).

Prosecutions may also occur for providing false information about energy efficiency.

Alarmingly, homeowners can be arrested for “obstructing enforcement authorities” who wish to enter their property to evaluate their compliance with the climate goals.

The legislation provides for “the creation of criminal offenses” where there is “non-compliance with a requirement imposed by or under energy performance regulations”.

The proposed legislation grants the UK Government the power to create new criminal offenses and increase penalties in pursuit of their globalist green agenda goals.

Critics argue that this move starkly contradicts the will of the British people, however.

Fortunately, the bill has sparked a high degree of opposition from some members of the Conservative Party.

According to the UK Express, the government claims it does not intend to create new criminal offenses but may simply need to amend existing laws.

In particular, there are laws stemming from EU legislation like the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations, which includes Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).

These amendments aim to provide stakeholders, including landlords, businesses, and tenants, with information to make informed decisions regarding energy efficiency.

However, there are very real concerns that these amendments could lead to the criminalization of individuals who do not comply with the new energy rules.

It’s this pandemic-style shift in power dynamics – this time using the Climate rather than Covid – which is the source of worry for many.

The issue of Net Zero has become a significant point of contention in the UK.

Britain’s Climate Change Committee (CCC) recently for the public to stop heating homes at evening and night times in order to meet the “Net Zero” goals, as Slay News reported.

CCC CEO Chris Stark is urging the UK government to crack down on home energy use in order to comply with the globalist green agenda.

Stark, head of the CCC, is demanding that ordinary citizens turn off their heaters at night as part of a wider drive to deliver “emissions savings.”

Similarly, Net Zero goals are being cited around the world as governments push to demand radical shifts toward unpopular policies.

In the U.S., Democrat President Joe Biden’s “climate czar” John Kerry is citing Net Zero in his war against the farming industry.

As Slay News has reported, Kerry is calling for farmers to stop growing food in order to meet the administration’s radical “Net Zero” goals for lowering “emissions.”

Kerry, Biden’s unelected and unregulated Special Presidential Envoy for Climate, issued the warning during a green agenda conference in Washington D.C.

During the Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) AIM for Climate Summit, Kerry told the audience that “we can’t get to net zero, we won’t get this job done, unless agriculture is front and center as part of the solution.”

Kerry warned attendees that his and other world leaders’ “lives depend” on farmers ceasing their operations.

Stopping farmers from growing food will lower agriculture “emissions,” Kerry insists.

He continued by noting that he does not even call it climate change anymore.

“It’s not change; it’s a crisis,” he declared.

“Mitigating methane is the fastest way to reduce warming in the short term,” Kerry claimed as he took aim at livestock farmers.

“Food and agriculture can contribute to a low-methane future by improving farmer productivity and resilience.

“Food systems themselves contribute a significant amount of emissions just in the way in which we do the things we’ve been doing,” Kerry asserted.

“With a growing population on the planet – we just crossed the threshold of eight billion fellow citizens around the world – emissions from the food system alone are projected to cause another half a degree of warming by mid-century.”

Kerry called on leaders from all around the world to massively scale back their citizens’ farming operations.

Meanwhile, Kerry has led America in signing a global pledge to crack down on farming to “fight global warming.”
