The UK’s socialist government is planning to begin testing new global digital IDs on veterans before expanding the system to the rest of the population.
The new digital ID system is being championed by unelected globalists including Bill Gates, the European Union (EU), the United Nations (UN), and the World Economic Forum (WEF).
Digital IDs contain a person’s entire identity and activity, including financial information and vaccination status.
Britain’s far-left Labour Party-controlled government has been denying plans to roll out digital IDs for the general public.
However, the government has been quietly advancing the plans while denying them publicly.
To get the ball rolling for the globalist scheme, the country’s military veterans will be the “guinea pigs” for digital IDs.
250,000 vets have been selected to receive the new digital “Veteran Card.”
The government is pitching the scheme as being more convenient and promised to “speed up access to services.”
In a statement about the plan, the government said:
“(The card will) prove their veteran status and speed up access to services and support programs.
“These include health services through the National Health Service (NHS), housing through the Op Fortitude program for veterans facing homelessness, employment opportunities, cheaper public transportation, and other discounts.”
However, the statement doesn’t explain how a digital ID could “speed up access to services” or reveal how much time would be saved.
Nor does it explain why “access” needs to be sped up or offer any other justifications for the taxpayer-funded scheme.
The rollout of digital IDs is being led by former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair – a warmongering far-left globalist.
Despite the government’s best efforts to deny plans for global digital IDs, Labour MP Siobhain McDonagh admitted that they are “coming.”
“I think (digital IDs) are inevitably coming,” McDonagh revealed.
“Not just because of immigration, but the need to keep NHS records, because of benefit entitlements – all sorts of things.
“They’re coming.”
Meanwhile, unelected globalists at the UN have been busy pushing for the governments of sovereign countries to usher in vaccine passports and digital IDs for their citizens.
In addition, the UN is demanding mass censorship online to silence those who disagree with the agenda.
Proposals for the schemes were discussed at the 79th U.N. General Assembly in September.
World leaders gathered in New York to discuss plans for handing the UN and its Director General Antonio Guterres sweeping new powers.
The event sought to enshrine digital ID and online censorship on a global level.
In November, the UN called on world governments to mandate digital IDs for members of the general public as part of a plan to allegedly tackle “hate speech.”
A UN committee has adopted two resolutions that seek to usher in global digital IDs.
One of the resolutions orders the UN’s Department of Global Communications to develop rules for “new and traditional media to address hate speech narratives.”
The Fourth Committee (Special Political and Decolonization) also adopted a resolution further promoting the UN’s “Our Common Agenda” plan.
The plan proposes, among other tyrannical goals, a bank account-linked digital ID for all citizens who wish to participate in society.
Similarly, billionaire Bill Gates is demanding that digital IDs be made mandatory for the public in order to supposedly tackle so-called “misinformation.”
In a September interview, the Microsoft co-founder also blasted the First Amendment for protecting the free speech rights of the American people.
Gates argues that the First Amendment is standing in the way of censoring “misinformation” online.
He called for digital IDs as a way to skirt the First Amendment and curb “misinformation” during an interview with CNET.

Combating alleged “misinformation” has become a prominent interest for Gates in recent years.
His censorship push has included criticizing private messaging for allowing such content to spread.
This is a topic that has been brought to the forefront in recent months following the arrest of Telegram CEO Pavel Durov.
