A video has emerged on social media that shows Democrat President Joe Biden creeping on an underage girl before Secret Service steps in to stop the person recording.
The incident took place at Irvine Valley College in California, where Biden visited on Friday to promote his healthcare plan.
While Biden was greeting people in the crowd, Tipping Point USA reporter Kalen D’Almeida filmed the president’s interaction with the young girl.
The video shows Biden approach the child from behind and place his hands inappropriately on her shoulders.
He then leans into the girl and says “no serious guys till your 30.”
The young teen appears uncomfortable throughout.
A Secret Service agent can then be seen scrambling to stop the recording before the video cuts.

Prior to the 2020 election, Biden was often accused of inappropriate behavior toward women and children.
His touchy-feely actions even landed him the moniker “Creepy Uncle Joe.”
However, after he was chosen as the Democrat candidate for the 2020 election, the media fell eerily silent on his creepy reputation.
