The World Economic Forum (WEF) has announced that it is joining forces with the United Nations (UN) in a push to seize control of free speech online.
The two unelected globalist organizations are moving to position themselves as online regulators of speech.
The WEF and the UN’s Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) have developed a “Digital Safety Toolkit” which they are pressuring sovereign nations’ governments to adopt.
UNESCO and the WEF insist that their “toolkit” was developed to tackle “hate speech” and cyberbullying.”
However, the toolkit specifically targets online wrongthink, aka “misinformation” and “disinformation,” for censorship.
Nevertheless, the WEF is using its influence to dictate to governments that the “toolkit” is essential for regulating the so-called “Internet of trust.”
The WEF is pressuring world leaders to adopt the new regulations, which Klaus Schwab’s Switzerland-based organization is confident can be applied to every person in the world who uses the Internet.
UNESCO and the WEF insist that their regulations will ensure that their policed version of the Internet will be the only “trusted” way to inform and “protect yourself from misinformation, disinformation.”
“If we can no longer distinguish fiction from reality, falsehood from truth, the foundations of our societies crumble,” UNESCO says, quoted by the WEF.
“Democracy, dialogue, and debate – all essential to address major contemporary challenges – become impossible.”
The WEF concludes:
“Digital platforms need reporting mechanisms to log policy violations, but given the global nature of their operations, they also need to ensure these mechanisms take into account local cultural sensitivities in the way complaints are handled.”
The WEF and the UN have been pushing for some time to take control of the online information flow.
As Slay News previously reported, the WEF’s last annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland earlier this year made efforts to ramp up global censorship its main focus for the event.
Founded by German economist Klaus Schwab, the WEF is a fanatical political organization masquerading as a neutral entity.
The organization has specific policy goals that involve centralizing power into the hands of hand-picked global elites as the only means to save the planet from an alleged “climate emergency.”
Schwab and his allies in the WEF dictate their own agenda to leaders of sovereign nations.
As Slay News has reported, Schwab openly gloats that several world leaders are in his pockets and that he has installed WEF operatives in the upper echelons of powerful government administrations.
In 2017, Schwab boasted that the WEF has “penetrate[d]” global “cabinets” and controls the leaders of several sovereign nations, including Germany, Russia, Canada, Argentina, and France.

Meanwhile, another UN agency, the World Health Organization (WHO), has been working on its so-called “Pandemic Treaty.”
All UN member nations, including the United States, are preparing to sign the treaty and hand sweeping new powers over to the WHO and UN.
The treaty will give the WHO disturbing new powers that would override the laws of sovereign nations.
In the event of a “climate emergency” or pandemic, the WHO would be able to enforce lockdowns, vaccine mandates, travel bans, or other restrictions on freedoms.
The treaty also allows the WHO to censor members of the public who question the organization’s narrative, overriding the First Amendment U.S. Constitution.
Not only is Joe Biden eager to sign America into the treaty, but it was the Democrat president who urged the WHO to advance the plan in the beginning.
